This week's top course according to Golf Advisor reviews over the past week is one you probably know very well. Harbour Town Golf Links, the top-ranked course on Hilton Head Island and part of the Sea Pines Resort (which will reopen their Ocean Course later this fall).

Low-handicapper reviewer NickBienz had this to say about his five-star round on March 18:

"The tees, fairways, and greens were all fantastic," NickBienz wrote. "Very neat to be able to play the course with the RBC Heritage Sunday pins as well as playing with the grandstands all set up around the course. Always fun to play a PGA Tour course and see how your scores stack up against theirs."

For those considering a Hilton Head golf trip this spring, Sea Pines Resort recently announced a golf package that features discounted on-site accommodations and tickets to the event. The package is valid through March 28. Click here for details.

The rest of the top 10 features a mix of Southeastern and Arizona desert courses, as well as a well known value course located near this week's Dell Match Play World Golf Championship in Austin.

One of our reviewers, Bbalking24, had the chance to take on the unique experience of night golf in Dubai at the Faldo Course at Emirates Golf Club.

"I teed off right at sunset, 6:15pm," Bbalking24 wrote. "By the end of the first hole all the flood light were on that the fairways were lit up like Christmas."

Course review of the week

Golf Advisor reviewer sdparker55, who has 11 reviews, was impressed with Quintero's course design and unique and secluded scenery, as well as the management of the course.

"First time playing this course and we were not disappointed. The layout is challenging, but as long as you follow the tip sheet and keep in it play off the tee you will be fine. The course is beautiful and quiet, far away from the city. You will immediately notice the lack of ambient noise coming from houses, traffic, and other city noises which was very pleasant. Fairways were nice and short, bunkers were fluffy and easy to hit out of, and greens were fast but predictable. The greens definitely sped up as they dried out. Overall, conditions were excellent. Other than the wonderful course itself, the best part about Quintero is the superior management and employees running the course. This was the most efficiently run course I have ever played. Marshals were all over the course, but were not intrusive, which resulted in our foursome completing our round in 4 hours flat. Great experience, I look forward to playing here again."
