With golf weather in full bloom in the Midwest, a Canton, Ohio-area course makes its debut in the Power Rankings, sitting atop the list: Raintree Country Club in Uniontown.
Four-star reviews outnumber five-star reviews at Raintree more than four to one. The course came on strong this past week, however, with one reviewer remarking that "Raintree is in great shape."
"The grounds staff has done a fantastic job whipping this course into shape," Duane5512625 wrote in his five-star review. "This is the best shape I have seen Raintree in for a while. Greens have been rolled, bunkers with fresh sand and spruced up, fairways and tee's are very nice, and the rough is thick and ready to get you if you miss the fairway's and greens. ... If you haven't played here for a while you need to check it out."
Meanwhile, Florida golf courses make up six of this week's top 10.

Two months ago you would have paid $150 or more. This course will force you to concentrate on hitting the fairway more than most, but when you go back to a course not as tight, you'll feel like you're playing in a city park."
Golf course review of the week
jmcguigan83 checked in from Twin Beach Country Club, a walkable nine-hole course in West Bloomfield, Mich. that has two sets of tees on each hole and three double greens, allowing for 18-hole rounds as well.
The course conditions were phenomenal! Tee boxes were perfectly manicured, couldn't find a divot in the fairways, and the greens were ascetically pleasing and fast! Don't get above the hole or you will pay a price. Course is said to be only 9 holes, but they have two separate tees on every hole as well as three double greens so in essence you are playing 18 holes! Neat use of limited acerage. I walked the 18 holes and used a brand new pull cart. They also have electric carts available. Before beginning my round I enjoyed a nice practice session on the finely manicured practice range with practice green and bunker. The inside of the clubhouse was also newly renovated with new carpeting, fixtures, televisions, bar top, chairs, tables, furniture, and more. I was truly impressed with my experience. Very affordable private club golf. I would highly recommend this to friends and family!
