Topgolf all in with its newest and largest location in Las Vegas

For the cost of a few hands of $5 blackjack, golfers of all levels visiting Las Vegas can now spend an hour or more in one of the hitting bays of the newest and largest TopGolf location in the world.

Spread over eight acres just behind MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Topgolf Las Vegas (4627 Koval Lane), which opened on May 19, boasts 108 climate-controlled hitting bays and plenty of other attractions.

Spanning four levels and 105,000 square feet, the location in Las Vegas stands as the biggest Topgolf venue to date.

"Topgolf is thrilled to bring a whole new kind of entertainment to the Las Vegas Strip," said Ken May, CEO of Topgolf, which is one of America's fastest growing private companies. "There truly is no other place like Topgolf in Las Vegas -- or anywhere else for that matter. Our flagship venue is the product of nearly four years of hard work and reimagining what the Topgolf experience could be like. We can't wait to welcome our fans and new guests from all over the world to play at Topgolf."

Indeed, the 24th edition of TopGolf trumps all others. In addition to the hitting bays, where golfers play games using computer chip-embedded balls, there are two pools, cabanas, a concert venue, VIP suites, five bars, special event spaces, a comfort food-inspired menu with creative beverage offerings, a Callaway Fitting Studio and a Topgolf retail shop.

It's the hitting bays, however, that are at the heart of Topgolf. There, guests, either using their own clubs or clubs provided by Topgolf, can play interactive golf games in the hitting bays that can host up to six players at one time. Each bay also has lounge-style seating and high definition TVs. There are various golf games, some of which are scored similar to bowling, that track the chip-embedded balls to targets located in the outfield.

In addition to the golf, each level also offers other games, like cornhole and shuffleboard. You can also just hang out, have a drink or grab a bite to eat while enjoying the views of the Las Vegas Strip.

Of course, unlike Topgolf's other locations, the Vegas venue has a mobile sports book located in The Yard, which is the main hub of Topgolf Las Vegas. It allows sports fans to place a bet while taking in all the action on one of the venue's numerous oversized screens. The Yard also serves as home to Topgolf's main entertainment venue showcasing both national and local acts. The Birdie Bar provides a more intimate live entertainment experience with a small stage perfect for acoustic performances, standup comedy and more.
