Gonna be missed
Course Has Closed
Older 1920's course that used to be Highland Hills Country Club. Always enjoyed this older course with their older 20's greens.
The course was always crowded whenever I played, so Amazon must have paid them a lot of $ for the property.
Skyland Pines
Nice Fathers Day round of golf. Course was in good condition. Greens were really fast. Wish pace of play was a bit faster. But, great value for the money.
Great staff
I want to again thank the gentlemen who waited on me . I believe his name is Trevor. That’s what was on my receipt . He was just being polite and asked how our round was going when we made the turn . I told him great for my 2 playing partners but not so good for me . Asked if there was a problem and I told him I injured my back on the 3rd hole and was only being a chauffeur now . He asked for my receipt and wrote rain check on it . It was incredible that he believed me and did that with out even knowing me . I didn’t expect that but will always remember and recommend this place because he did that for me . I may have to have surgery again on my back but will return when better and hope nothing but good things for him and skyland pines .
Nice Course - Bad Pace Management
Course was in good shape - greens are super fast but that’s expected in August. Our tee time was 3:30pm but it was dead so we got out at 3:15 - Sped through the front 9, but the clubhouse decided to send a 5pm league out off of 10 so we literally made the then smack into a 16-person league. Made no sense and we ended up having to go around and start the back 9 at 12.
Always a fun time
Greens are still super fast. I love this course and the breakfast food is great!
Puzzled???
We were the first group off on this weekday. only to find out when we made the turn they had allowed 6 groups ahead of us. we were told that those 4somes play really fast and they wouldn't hold us up....really. we were a 2some. needless to say they held us up on every hole until we skipped around them playing only 5 holes. it was so wrong allowing these groups off in front of us on the backside.. They cater to the locals and do this quite often. We no longer play there.......good luck.

Course was in great shape. Greens were a little fast today. Staff were all super hospitable and helpful. Love this course.
Keeps getting better
This course has become my favorite place to play. The staff is always friendly and the course was in really good condition. The pace was just right. I will definitely be all summer!
