Course was good. I've played here a few times and it has always been a good time.
Course needs maintenance
Grass was not cut, fairways were hard to distinguish from the rough, cart path is pathetic, some holes missing signs of the hole information, no bathrooms except for at clubhouse, bunkers were mud pits. The greens and fringes were actually incredible. I would give that part 5 stars. Beautiful location just needs basic investment in maintenance.
Old old course
They do not take credit cards. Always put you on 3rd 9 which is a real piece of crap. Won't be going back.
Everything was great except for the holes.
I noticed that they had a good idea with putting the putting green cones on the bottom of every flag stick. While being a good idea for retrieval of one's golf ball without bending over, it was not good for the rim of the hole on the greens. Every hole was rounded over or pulled up from everyone pulling out the flag stick and pushing it back in. Very bad for putting. I had 7 balls lip out from the hole either being rounded or lifted. I would take them off of the flag stick.
Not even on GOLF NOW
It was an ok experience. But showed up for my time and said he doesn’t even use golf now to book times so I luckily got on and got to play. ALSO they don’t take credit cards so bring cash
Great course to play especially for the price.
I love playing loyal oaks it’s always a good time, we got delayed by a golf outing in front of us so it slowed the pace of play somewhat. Other than that this course is fun to play for any skill level, wide open fairways some tricky greens make for a lot of fun. Yes they have older golf carts and a small snack bar but it adds to the character of the course. I’ll definitely be back.
Stay away
Worst course I have ever played all around pathetic could not pay me to play course again rude service and terrible course
Just okay
It was a very busy course. They do have 27 holes so you would have thought they would have been better organized. Our start was chaotic and even after the starter told us to start on hole 10, we tee’d off then the course owner gave us a hard time about. They do not communicate very well with each other. The course is not bad for beginners.
