Challenging executive

Short but challenging executive 9 hole. Hilly, no power carts. Very good value, particularly for twilight. Good condition, not busy. Only complaint was the staff on our most recent visit to This course. To say customer service & friendliness was lacking would be kind.

Great Course-professional staff

We always play a round at Highlands when we visiting the Seaside Oregon Coast. This course is walking only and we can do 9 holes in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Several holes have ocean views. The pro-shop offers the best prices on clubs anywhere and free shipping.

Nicest 9 hole in the area

It is a very nice 9 hole course. However, the others don't give it much competition. This course IS nicely kept and a lot of fun, I just think $30 for 18 is too high. I play a very similar course back in Tacoma, that is $12 for 9, or $20, for 18.
Other than the cost, I really did like this course. I'm a 16 hdcp and shot 7 over in 15-20 mph winds. Some holes, my GPS told me that the hole was only 125 away but it was playing like 163!!! Just be prepared. You're real close to the ocean so it's gonna be windy.

Wow

Very little trouble! The Pacific Ocean. Uncrowded. And best, came from Portland at 95F+ to play here at 70F. What could be better... oh, yeah a few pars and birds. Not today for me, but who cares!

Excellent 9 hole course

I play here on a regular basis. The condition of the course is always great, especially for a public course. The only complaint is the tee boxes could be a little more level, but the greens and fairways are excellent. Would be nice if they required collared shirts, basic golf etiquette lots of golfers don't observe. Recommend to anyone wanting to play a great short course, less than 2 hours for 9 holes.

Course is worth the money. Attitude is not

Golf should be fun. Even without the employees dismissive attitude golf is still fun. I like to feel that this is a game and is fun but the counter guy was barely civil and I would not go back for that very reason.
