Best Nine on the Westside
Claremont is a well maintained nine hole course. A little on the spendy side, but nonetheless they keep it in great shape. Greens always seem to be rolling smoothly. The course can play a little slow in the AM hours due to seniors men's and women's clubs. All hazards come into play here, and can be a little narrow in some areas with houses surrounding. Claremont is for all levels of skill, with many different distances to tee off from. This nine hole course is a must check out if your an avid golfer or just looking for a fun nine hole round of golf.
Claremont G.C. 7-21-2020 Review
This 9-hole course is in good condition with very nice greens. It is a great place for beginners as the pace of play is not pressing, yet Claremont's layout provides some challenges for even the low handicapper.
Service was terrible
When I booked it online through Golfnow it did not mention it was only 7 holes. There was maintenance on the course but they should have mentioned it online. also while I found that out when i got to the course I could not get my money back and decided to play the 7 holes. I had to walk to the 3rd hole they could have at least provided a shuttle or a cart use. Very disappointed with service.
No Cart
Booked on golf now Including power cart then called and learned No cart would be provide and there was no way to cancel or get discount. Spoke with Anthony and nothing was offered as credit .
Wet wet wet!
You’ll need Welles to play this course. Standing water on the fairways but greens in surprisingly good shape. Feet were set and cold at the end of this round even using a cart!
nice and beautiful
It is a really nice and beautiful course but still with challenging. I like this course a lot.
A great course for amateurs
A great course for amateurs to shoot a good score and work on their game. An extremely good deal during weekday day times.
Nice course, well maintained.
A nice convenient golf course since I live near by. The green has always been maintained nicely. This course made a major improvement for the drainage system last winter, cannot wait to play this winter. Sometimes, you had to stuck at a slow play pace.
Great condition. Always fun to play.
I usually play here every other week at most once a week. Great course layout and the greens seem to always be in great condition.
Can be challenging for beginners but fun to play if you like to shape shots, just try not to hit any houses. Caution on the 6th if you hook as a righty, ball will go right into a busy road.
