Nice course, excellent staff

Great course for beginners. Fairways are wide open, in some cases adjacent to other fairways so you can still play your hook or slice. A couple of water holes early in the course add to the challenge, but nothing that can't be avoided. Some really long Par 5's that challenge your driving skills and some challenging holes on the back make this a nice course. Nice course, excellent staff, and reasonable green fees make this one of my favorite places to play.

Best Public golf in Cleveland.

This course comes at an excellent value, currently under $40 to ride 18 on weekends. Carts are well maintained and equipped with GPS enabled screens for reading ~yardages/scorekeeping. Their "famous" 17th hole Garlic burger is pretty good, and has garnered quite a reputation. Greens and fairways are typically in great shape. The 5th tees off over a pond. The 17th and 18th holes are the most fun. 17 requires a layup to avoid a massive downhill slope of rough to a green at least 60' below. 18 doglegs right to large undulations and a mounded green, hope for a forward pin position because the back of the 18th green is diabolical. Overall the best course in town. The other public course in town, now renamed Flagstone, is also ran by the same family and a membership is valid for both courses! Both are great courses, but I would recommend Flagstone to anyone trying to learn the game and Falcon Pointe for anyone established in the sport, due to a quicker pace of play.

Great Value, No Crowd

Snuck up here to play with my brother a couple of months ago. We played 9 in about an hour. Obviously not as nice as some of the country clubs within miles of it but this course is great for what you pay. Some of the downsides are how the layout puts several holes right on top of each other and several holes are really short.
