Greens ok BUT..
Played LAGC in what is considered late spring...all the flowers and trees in bloom. Grass has been green and out of dormancy since late February EXCEPT at LAGC. The fairways were brown. Barely a blade of green grass on them. Looks like they havent been watered in a month. The rough is green and really considered pastureland instead of grass. The first cut around the greens were almost as short as the green itself..but actually was an 1/8" longer than fairway grass...not exactly plush. But the rough along the fairways could definitely be considered hard pan. This course is in terrible condition and i would barely pay $10 to play it. I have played it at least 20 times and it has never been as this bad as far as i can remember. The one good thing about the course as of right now is the greens. They are in fairly good shape and roll pretty smooth and true. Dont waste your money or time. For the price there are better options.
Fun course and great staff
Played in perfect weather and this course is in great condition.........3 hour round....enjoy
DO NOT AGREE WITH EXTRA CHARGES.
Enjoy playing this course but DO NOT enjoy their extra charges for wife riding in cart with me. None of the courses I play in DFW charge for "Spectator" in cart.
Excellent day of relaxing golf
Excellent day of golf. Great day. My golf game was good, not great. Enjoyed a relaxing day. Great conditions.
Nice city course
Lake Arlington is a very playable course for all handicappers
Well conditioned
Solid Course All Around
From tee box to green this course is nice for a city course. If you find a hot deal time for it, snag it and try it out. I was not disappointed. Easier course and fun to play! Shot my best score to date here, so I’m satisfied! Greens roll nice, fairways were lush, and tee boxes were also in good shape. Pro shop was very kind as well, thank y’all for the experience
