Tee offs : some good, some bad
Fairways : too much brown areas
Greens : very good condition

While overall the course was in great shape. The tee boxes on quite a few holes were worn out. Not only in the present day tee makers l. But the whole tee box.

There were also some hard pan spots on the fairways on quite a few holes. However, the greens were nice and for the price at this time of year it was a good deal.

Like everyone else in this area. A little rain and some relief from the snowbirds would really help.

The course could use some tender loving care. Some of the Tee boxes could use some repair. At least move them around to some not so worn areas. Some grass burnout in fairways. Still a nice course to play if you have a blind eye.

The starter , JOHN, is a total asset to Tatum Ridge. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a true people person. John should be modeled for all other starters and modified pro shop/ restaurant.

Tee boxes,fairways, cart paths are in need of attention-- too many bare areas and potholes. Although the greens are fine, there's little evidence of proper course maintenance!

Tee Boxes were dirt, fairways were partially dirt in spots. Bunkers were absolutely horrendous

I played/reviewed this course last week. The greens were a bit hairy and slow. They cut them since and were rolling perfectly!!! Some of the BEST greens I've ever been on... as close to perfect as they can get!! If only the golfers would FIX THEIR BALL MARKS!!!!

Very nice area and great space, however the corse needs a lot of repair!

The greens were exceptional!! Can’t say same for the rest of the course, but hopefully it’ll get there.

Tatum Ridge was a pleasure to play. Pace for a threesome was great at 3 1/4 hours. The greens rolled as perfect as greens can roll! The greens are the best part of the course and they are by far the truest rolling greens I have played in the county..... just excellent. The tees need TLC and a few fairways are spotty with some areas needing grass.. The layout is nice and the GN price was well worth playing on those greens. Highly recommend.

Greens are in very good shape. Some bare spots in the fairways but not bad. Pleasantly surprised compared to two years ago.

I have played at this golf course for years and this Saturday the course conditions were the best they’ve ever been. I will definitely be back.

Great layout, with pretty consistent greens. But it's slipped a little even this year.Very dry and sand and tees needing some attention. Looks like they are adding irrigation on a few holes with flags and some water attachment above ground. I hope they turn it around soon

Course is a good layout in decent shape. The pace of play is incredibly slow
