Slow play.
The course allowed a five sum to play in front of our group which backed up the entire course . We waited on every shot of every hole resulting in a 4 hour and 40 minutes round on a wide open course. This should have never been allowed especially with slow players in the five sum.
Glen lak
Good conditions no gps on carts so u can drive all over course which is likely to wear conditions down. Worth playing
Pace of play
I’ve played this course often with 5 hour rounds. The marshals are typically nonexistent, but today it didn’t matter because our threesome played on a Tuesday morning in 4 hours annd 10 minutes. Also there was no refreshment cart at all. I will normally avoid this course because of the slow pace of play, but not today!
The course was in excellent shape for early April.
5 hour 25 minutes
Pace of play was ridiculous. Greens were basically a pool table. Water please. Course is down hill since last fall.
Nice course, greens rolled well, good value
I rated the course 3 becuz it’s not a high end course, however I knew it going in and it was a good test of golf and in good condition. Pace of play was very slow which did take away from my enjoyment. Staff extremely nice and I enjoyed the course layout. Front 9 has a lot of modules that surround the fairways so offline drives may get you uneven stances. Having someone that knows the course, especially on the front 9, is very helpful becuz some blind tee shorts and sneaky hazards. Greens rolled nice and fairways were in really good shape. Back 9 easier than front but some nice hole layouts as well. I’m pretty picky and I will play again, but I may not play if the course is crowded becuz of pace of play. I got a hot deal for $37 and think this is still a good value in the $50’s range.
Great course
....one of the top 5 of our choices in the area. Although I do have some suggestions: they need to put a few ball washers on the course.... they don't have any currently...and have a ranger come out occasionally. Pace of play sometimes is a little slow.
Very Good Golf Value!
This is a good golf course, and it’s in good condition too. It has a nice driving range and putting area for warm-up; which you will need before playing the challenging fist hole, There is a good amount of water and some interesting hole layouts; and the greens run true. Enjoy your round here - we sure did!
Busy local favorite golf course with 3 different 9-hole layouts.
Course is in good shape for early spring. 3 different 9-hole layouts that offer unique challenges to golfers of all skill levels. The Dunes 9-hole isa links style with plenty of water and sand. The Vista has wider fairways but still challenging to the average golfer. The Lakes is the easiest but not always available to the public. Overall, a good value for the price.
fairways slightly sparse ,greens fast
All in all a great round, but greens were much faster than last week. Always enjoy playing here, but play was slow 5+ hrs
Slow play
I only got to play 9 of the 18 holes due to the backup players waiting in line.
I agree with all your comments- played in 4-24
