greens need work
Greens in poor shape no digits on green fixed /sand traps are as hard as a rock could only use a puter to get out.No real out of bounds markers Course has not ever changed Holes are always the same its time for a change with this course.
Surprisingly Bad Conditions
It had been about a year since I played here and the conditions were worse than when I stopped coming here a year ago. Greens are like pool tables... hard as a rock and don't hold incoming shots. Aprons, especially in front of the greens were hard, baked, sand and clay.
Greens had been sanded but not smoothed out and there were sand piles everywhere. This course has an interesting layout and it's too bad the ownership will not invest in making it a nice course. I may try again in a year or two. In the meantime I cannot recommend playing here.
The Greens
Overall the course is in good shape then you get to the GREENS (now to be fair it looks like they are trying to repair them) lots of bad spots and quite a few repairs. Still I will book this course again !

Great layout but greens and fairways poorly taken care of
Worst course I’ve ever played
Easily the worst maintained course I’ve ever played. Zero grass around the greens, fairways are either dead or dirt. Save your money and go to another course trust me
Perfect play layout is great not that many issues enjoy the course for the money
Disappointing Conditions
We usually look forward to playing Northdale. The layout is both challenging and forgiving. Each hole has its own unique characteristics and are not forced to conform to the available space. However, this was the first time that we all felt the greens and fairways were in poor condition. Sandy and bare spots on the greens made for an unsatisfying experience. Finding grass consistently on the was fairways even more frustrating.
course in need of maintenance
course in rough shape, but still fun to play ,staff are great
There getting the course back in shape
You can see the improvements being made. The course is starting to get better. The new superintendent is doing a great job to bring the golf courses back to its old days.
Meh
The greens were lightning fast but very bumpy and in some cases very patchy and poor, tons of pitch marks and damage. The rest of the course requires major investment. The cart paths are horrible and bunkers getting better but still barely playable. Not worth the $55.
Best bang for your buck
Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were all in above average condition for the price and time of year. Pace of play was fantastic. Worst Greek on the course was the practice green, and it was in average to above average shape. $39 for a 12:21 tee time. Hard to beat.
Solid, but needs more improvement!
Honestly read the reviews and decided to check it out. I play 2-3 times a week so was interested after seeing others say new management came in and started fixing the place. Besides the 1st green, no serious complaints other than spending more time on getting the fairways and boxes better. Fun track, will definitely be back
Greens super fast
Overall the course was in good shape, tee boxes, fairways and greens were plush. Some greens had rough looking spots but they all rolled true and very fast. Pace of play was ok, not great. Overall condition was surprisingly good considering a lack of rain all year
Be careful
Course was in OK condition. Better than it has been but greens are still not great. Booked online and it said I would owe $42 at the course. Ended up being charged $52 at the course. No reason given and definitely not worth that amount.
Not to bad
Greens and fairways are good enough shape for the season. The layout was fun, nothing really to difficult. Price was decent, I'd play here again for sure.
A familiar course under new ownership
So the new owners are trying, and in most part succeeding, to bring the course back to the condition it was in when they rebuilt all the greens a few years ago. I say for the most part because the 1st green still sucks due to its position and lack of light but they are working on it.
Overall the course is in good shape and I have every confidence that the new owners will be successful in the long term.
All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
Good value
Had a great time today. Pace of play was pretty quick on a Friday morning. All the bunkers could use some love with how worn out they are but otherwise a good time today. I was last here about half a year ago and it’s still a fun course to play. Easily a recurring course in my lineup.
Better than the last time
The course is in fair condition. Bunkers/traps are terrible. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were okay. The rough was as expected nothing too bad. Hopefully the new owners will make the improvements necessary to resurrect this once great course. I like playing here because it’s close to home.
