Love to play this course.
This is a municipal course and is kept in great shape from tee to green. It has generous fairways but it the large ondulating greens can easily have you staring at a three putt. This course is a lot of fun.
Good Course - Slow Play
Played on a Thursday and was surprised by the slow pace of play. Calling a faster group through was obviously not a thing for the four ball holding the whole course up.
The course itself was in good condition and provided a good challenge. Overall great value for money.
City course
I would say this is the best city course that Tucson has to offer. Fairly good condition, busy but not crowded. Open fairways and lots of trees throughout the course = lots of shade, it does get hot in the desert. I play here frequently, the price is fair and it is a well taken care of facility.
Friendly Confines of the North Course
R North played pretty easy as the fairways were firm for good rollout, the greens were normal speed, the rough was not up nor was the wind. Good to see the ol' North is maintained up to standards !
Randolph booking thru golf now
So...I wanted to play on Friday. I want to golf now to see what was available. Hit the calendar and touched Friday the 19th so I could see all the times that were available for my buddy and I to play. Saw a compatible time and booked it. Turns out I booked a Wednesday time and not the date I wanted to play. It didn't occur to me to look at the date as I knew it would be friday...because that's the date I selected. Why can't you guys get this thing straight. It's been wrong before. I grow tired of this simple little task ruining my peace and serenity. Not a fan anymore.
Silver At Best
Greens and fairways were nice bu the tee boxes on the course and the range need a lot of attention.
Decent track for a Muni
I booked this through GolfNow as I was visiting from Florida and wanted something close to where I was staying. I had a 8:10 tee time and got paired with one other golfer. We played in 3 & 1/2 hours.
The fairways and tee boxes had been over seeded and they were in great condition. I never had a bad lie in the fairway. The rough is but as short as the fairways. Grand looked great and ran true.
When I was leaving the course, it was getting extremely busy , so I was glad I played early.
I would recommend this course.
First round of 2024
Course was in good shape greens were a good speed. Good course to get you game in shape after winter layoff. Good price.
Good course
Course was in good condition. People that work there were great. Narrow fairways. Lots of opportunities to get behind trees.
Fairways and greens were in good shape, cart seat was ripped, bumpy ride with numerous potholes that should be smoothed over, nice layout and a good mix of challenging holes
I've had the same thing happen to me. Now I have learned to verify the date and number of players before I confirm the booking. The program not only tends to switch the date but also the number of players.
