Celebration Golf Club

Have played Celebration a handful of times and two times in the past two weeks. Always an enjoyable round and the staff is great. This last time out, however, every green was caked in sand. There was no indication from the staff or the starter and the putting green was in tremendous shape so we didn't think anything of it. When we got to the first green we quickly it became clear that we were going to be rolling putts on sand all day. Would've been nice to have gotten a heads up that they had sanded the greens before we booked the round. The Florida resident round + lunch rate is very pocket friendly though.

Celebration Golf Course is our most favorite Central Florida course. Yesterday (Sunday) was our final time playing this course before we must return to Canada. Overall the course still plays well and is in decent shape. You can tell however, that the course needs a bit of a break - it appears to have hosted thousands of golfers here over the winter and the fairways and greens are showing that they are getting well used and tired.
I remain 100% confident that the excellent Course Staff and Greens Superintendent will do what it takes over the spring and summer to restore this gem to it's original beauty and playability. This is NOT by any means a critism - it is still a wonderful course to play. Just needs a bit of a rest now that all of us Snowbirds are flying north!
See you again this December and the winter of 2025!

Great all around experience, not sure I would pay full price but if you can get on for $85 or less it’s worth it

Arrived at the course to find out they didn’t have our reservation. We showed them the confirmation and they had to move people around to accommodate us. They said the issue was with GolfNow not with them.

Was surprised when told lunch coupon was not available though signed up via golf now.

Was told not available for 2pm tee time though we checked in at noon - all for lunch.

Starter was awesome as got us out early since we were early for the lunch included deal.

We had 16 kids in front of us half never played golf . We were 2 playing they put us with 2 more players one never played golf . 5 hour’s to play.
We never play there again. Very over priced.

Everything about the course seems to have improved by a notch. It just looked better everywhere. Even the rangers were on top of their game and did their best to keep it moving. A delightful day on a course that test all aspects of your game
