About
Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

Nice course and attractive female bartenders
Pros: Good condition of the greens, fairways and bunkers. Attractive female bartenders.
Cons: Not sure.
Rhodes Ranch
Overall OK. First, the clubhouse did not have my GolfNow tee time even though I showed them the confirmation email and number. So I got bumped 30 minutes just to fit us in their day. The practice range was all dirt, even though they had room to move the ropes back to grass. We were there early, so saw no reason to warm up in dirt. There are only two men’s toilets in the whole clubhouse, and only one is open early.
Fun time
This is my go to course when I'm visiting Vegas.

Great conditions
The course was in great condition. The greens were fast, but fair. The weather was perfect, 65 degrees with 8-10 mph winds. The bunkers were in great shape, just wish the groups in front of us had raked them. Overall, a great course and a fantastic layout.
We appreciate the overall review and hopefully the Golfers that don't rake their bunkers find that special place reserved just for them!
Really nice “resort style” course.
Pretty average in length, with that being said the course is in fabulous shape. I think I only had one uphill putt all day and the greens were quick! Very forgiving fairways but stay out of the rough which consists of sand and rock. Lots of water and the traps were everywhere. My only issue was the driving range, very unimpressive but I wasn’t there to practice. I would definitely recommend as the quality of this course is worth the money.

Nice Course
The course is nice, we enjoy golfing here. It has changed over the past few years, less staff to attend our group upon arrival. The people at the carts were more involved with tossing a football around, rather than attending to our need and requests.
We appreciate the honest review and take great pride in our facility and staff. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and it will be addressed immediately. Hopefully your next visit will be more to what you remember.
Change is good
Definitely a different course that I played before. Changes were fantastic, but the pace of play .HORRIBLE!!! No Marshall was there pushing the slow groups and they were playing the wrong tee boxes. It took away from the enjoyment of the game because of the 15 minute wait on each hole.
We do apologize for the slower round, We have been working hard with our rangers to help expedite the pace of play. In November 2024 we will be getting new carts with GPS tracking to help speed up the pace of play. We definitely had rangers out there, but we will get on them about pushing groups and remaining visible.

Six hours to do 18 holes pathetic! Started people on front and back. Pack the course with zero marshals

In November 2024 we will be getting new carts with GPS tracking to help speed up the pace of play. As far as starting on both nines, we don't ever start groups off of two nines. You were started on the back nine for maintenance purposes, as a means to allow them more time to work on the course before they see golfers.
Rhodes Ranch Virgin
Wife and I played RR for the first time. Course was terrific. The father/son we were paired with were great and the course features and views were outstanding. Pace of play was super slow yet the delays in between shots didn’t seem to be that much. If the pace could pick up just a bit I’d give RR a 10 out of 10. As it stands now it’s still a 9 for us. And we will be back on an upcoming trip.

We would definitely like to address this particular hit piece with an honest and straight forward response. The reason we didn't have your tee time isn't because of any error from our side. After you were allowed to play 30 minutes later than the tee time that had been cancelled by GolfNow, after you had reduced it from 4 to two and then according to GolfNow they had notes in their system stating the time was cancelled by guest. We don't have anything further to say on that front as we can only go off of what we were told by GolfNow. The range does get quite a bit of use and we do apologize that the free range balls you received at check in weren't able to be hit off of the grass. We cant simply move the hitting area back every time a guest feels its needed, otherwise it would be on mats rather early in the season. We do apologize that the restrooms have to be cleaned from time to time. I feel you are meaning a toilet. Yes we only have two toilets but for men we do also have several urinals available. As far as our clubhouse design, we agree that we need more toilets and will definitely bring up your complaint about restrooms to the owner.
