Not awful for the money
It’s not a great course , However, it’s close to my sons college and we played for $11 each with Hot deal. We still had a good time and it only cost me $22. It was worth that.
Great course!
It's always fun playing the Pines at Lindsey Wilson! The greens are challenging but are all very consistent!
Shouldn't have even been open...
Arrived at the course. Was only told to not drive in the fairways because they had just been "redone"...then first hole green was covered in sand, but was playable. After that all the greens (other than the last 3) were all covered in sand, and pins had been thrown to the side of the greens. Got to the back nine and they had just dumped all the sand on the green and had not spread it. We had to skip the next 6 holes because it was not playable. Before taking our money, this should have been explained. Course should have worked 9 holes and kept the other open. This is not the first time there have been lack of communication in regards to conditions. We love playing there, but no more. You just never know whether the course will be playable. For me, it's a no go for a VERY long time!!

Played behind a group of 5 that would not let anyone through!
College town course
This course is convenient to locations around the Lake Cumberland community. Gives another activity when you tire of boating. Frankly, it has been in better shape , but expect that is due to staffing shortages and weather concerns hitting all businesses. We enjoy playing this course as it is not too challenging for our level of play.
Accommodating to golfers
Today followed a major thunderstorm last night. Lots of damage and temporary standing water, but play went on practically unaffected. Friendly place…
still a great course
the course was in good shape the greens was in good shape and quick the fairways was good and moved good and the rough was not too tall so you still could find your ball the only bad thing wrong they still need sand for their bunkers just plain dirt and lots of rocks in some of them but still a great course for the value will be back again
Challenging course
As the title states, it’s a challenging course for any skill level. Very well maintained fairways and greens, but their ponds are disgusting to look at. Dead fish floating in the water and the stench is almost unbearable. Dead-headed staffer in the club house and the cart rules is a little extreme but if it’s something that’s of no issue then this course is what you’re looking for. I have no problem going back for another round.
