nice course
Iwill recommand that course
Great value for the money!
We had practically the golf course for ourselves on this very hot Saturday afternoon Course was in great shape. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
I got there early so I could practice before playing but the starter sent me off immediately. Would have preferred to practice 1st.
Nice Track
I always enjoy this course. It is typically in good shape.
Great course BUT extremely slow pace of play
this was our first time playing here. We enjoyed the challenge of the course but 5 hrs and 15 minutes is far too long for 18 holes!! No Marshall, a group of 5, slow pace of play for many groups ahead of us!!
Beautiful course… Slow greens !!
Super nice course…. But rarely saw slower greens !!
All good
My wife and I played our first round in SC on Easter Sunday around noon. Tee boxes and fairways are in solid shape, as you might expect it during this time of the year. Greens were solid, too, but would be even better if the Golfers would repair their pitch marks. So you can't blame the staff! We were almost on our own and played 18 holes in about 3 hours. I bet you can't play a round much faster, as the cart path is really in a bad shape and you should drive slow. Carts have no GPS and besides the little pictures on the top of the score card their is nothing that helps you finding the right lay up spots, if you haven't played their before. To me it is still a good (and not very long) course with a challenging design including a couple of water hazards. If you get a deal time it is definitely worth to play their.
Crown Point
Enjoyed the course. One that has a manageable challenge. Look forward to playing again.
A Beautiful Day
Lovely course. We found this course challenging but enjoyable.
Good value course outside the Myrtle Beach hype zone
This is another nice course to play outside the normal Myrtle Beach rotation. It's a nearly flat course, with mature trees and several water hazards that they have done a good job identifying with warning flags - a really nice feature. Nothing fancy at the clubhouse, but a good atmosphere. Basic carts.. Course conditions were pretty typical for this time of year - dormant grass in the rough, but the fairways and tee boxes and greens were all in good shape.. Front nine moved along nicely, but there was a backup at #10 that did not fade through the back nine. Driving range was closed due to rainy weather the day before. It is a course we have played before and will play again.
Slow greens on a Sunday
We played on a Sunday and the greens had not been mowed that morning. I feel like they would have rolled better had they been cut that day. No ranger on the course
