Tiger Point Golf Club
About
The course at Tiger Point runs alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, offering panoramic ocean views. The course was designed in the tradition of classic Scottish links golf courses but with the added feature of water, which comes into play on 14 holes. A generous sprinkling of towering southern pines sets the layout apart as well. Originally a nine-hole course, another nine was added in 1984 and in 1989, then was another redesign of the golf course. Since then, it has becomes one of the Pensacola area's most treasured courses. Tiger Point also offers a driving range, practice bunker, two practice greens, and a chipping green.

They made Tiger Point Great Again!
In early 2020, I left a very negative (and warranted) review of Tiger Point. The course was in terrible shape, we were not told of maintenance and closed holes until after our card was swiped at check-in, and the community was left disappointed again with the management that had taken over. It was the last straw.
The new group that took over in 2021 has completely transformed this golf course and its amenities over the past two years. The course layout is great, the conditons are very good, and the overall experience is pretty good value. The Pointe restaurant and bar was completely renovated and is now First Class; the best place around to eat and drink away your golf sorrows after the round and watch sports.
I play here often again now. Tiger Point has become my favorite place to golf in this area and it has become part of the community again. I hope it stays this way for a long time. They made Tiger Point Great Again!
Great value - Amazing Clubhouse
Overall the course was in good shape, the greens were in EXCELLENT condition and fast. Rolling very true and 10-11 or so. There is a halfway house which is a full bar that intersects with the front nine and back nine so no need for a beverage cart. Be sure to grab lunch or dinner and/or drinks in the clubhouse which appears to be newly renovated...probably one of the nicest clubhouses I've been in. Multiple bars, TV's everywhere, great views of the golf course and great food menu. I would highly recommend this course.
Nice Course - Overpriced
First time playing this course since the City of Gulf Breeze sold it to private investors. The condition has improved, and a lot of money has been put into improving the restaurant and bar areas. The greens were in good condition; there were about four greens that had bare spots filled with sand, but overall not bad. However, the course is very overpriced for the condition and layout, probably to take advantage of tourists and be nearer the price point of Destin and Panama City courses. Tiger Point is one of the most expensive courses in the Pensacola metro area, and the condition and layout of the course doesn't support its green fee.
Tiger point
Course is ok but grèen were little rough due to weeds. Over-all good for the price i pay
Sunny cool day
Last minute plans to golf worked out well. Course is under construction and soon to be sold
Great character
Well taken care of, great layout: each hole has its own character.
Nice track. Conditions ok
Staff very friendly. Course scenic . Played along waterways on several occasions. Conditions ok. I know weather in this area has been challenging but greens and tees could be a little better. Wind was challenging on several holes. Played in 4:10 so hard to be mad about pace of play.. overall good experience.
Fantastic course, very good value
Played here for the 3rd time this year. Course is in great shape. Nice variety of challenges throughout the course with a couple holes having nice views. Rate of play was pretty good.
Greatly impycourse
Tiger Point has greatly improved course since Troon has taken over. Course was in super shape, greens rolled well Challenging but fun. Do bring a couple extra balls. Water can come into play on 14 of the 18 holes. Definitely worth the time
