Cimarrone Golf Club

The new ownership has done a great job and the course plays very nice. Lots of water in play, but the greens are in great shape. Lots of improvements have been made to the practice facilities too. I am very happy to play here as long as they keep it in good shape.

This course gets better and better every day. If you have not played it in a while, you need to play it again. Everything is in great shape. The clubhouse is completely remodeled inside and out. The best value for your money in our area considering the conditions and the challenging layout of the course.

Challenging holes get easier the second time. Choose the right tee box and you will have fun and enjoy.

Saying this course is amazing is an understatement. The staff is amazing and always will be there to better your experience. The course is ran under new management now and it has shown so much. The greens are pure and the fairways and tee boxes are amazing, The management of this course is so well done and the staff will always make sure you are able to have a great experience. The food is out of this world good as it is basically a restaurant for the halfway house. Great bar as well just to add, i would come to this club house just for dinner if i lived in the neighborhood. The course condition is very well maintained and the layout is amazing. Over all my favorite course in the Jacksonville and St Augustine area and for the price it is the best option in my opinion.

Course is coming along - new ownership group is really making improvements! Pace of play was lousy, but it was a Friday afternoon.

This course is in the best condition I have ever seen it in over the past 10 years of playing there. Greens and smooth and quick. Tee boxes are nice. Heading back next week!

This was a good course for the experienced golfers. I hadn't played in a few years, so it was a challenge for me getting started again!

We didn’t pay a lot to play here, and I wasn’t expecting too much, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the course was. Nice layout, and in good shape. My husband and I enjoyed golf so much, that we decided to eat dinner there as well, and again, we were not disappointed!! Food was great, and service was excellent. I will definitely play there again.

This course has had it's ups, mostly downs the past few years but it has been steadily improving over the last year. The greens had been poor but are now in good shape. A few bad spots here and there but 95% better than they were a year or so ago. Not the fastest but not slow either. The clubhouse has improvements including a new wood fired pizza oven that I haven't tried yet. Overall worth the money and much improved.

We love Cimarrone and will continue to play there. However, yesterday the Ranger could have assisted everyone. We played at 1:00 and they sent us out as a twosome behind a foursome, no biggie, but they were SLOW. Again, no biggie until they saw us waiting in the fairway on every hole, beginning on hole 3. They NEVER once asked us to play through. They were fishing balls out of the water, leaving the cart 50 yards from one another, etc. This foursome was totally not cool and obviously did not give a s_ _ t. Could have finished an hour earlier if the Ranger would have professionally moved things along. We understand s_ _ t happens, but yesterday zapped some of the joy. Glad I love this game:)

WE enjoyed the course very much. It was in good condition for the time of year. The greens were a little slow but ran true. We sank a number of medium range putts. The course layout is nice with generous fairways and enough water to pose a challenge. We will definitely play again during our stay. The staff was great. The restaurant and bar areas were very nice. Our lunch was delicious and our server friendly and attentive in spite of bein pretty busy.
