Great course

What a treat. The course was in super condition, the greens true and quite slick. The views fantastic and the staff helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Fereneze Trek

Tough uphill start, then levels out for some very interesting holes, however the views outweigh the the trek, will go back

Windy and hilly course

We played this as a 4 ball as caldwell was closed after bad weather, the course has great holes but it is just non stop uphill all the way round until the last hole the wind was terrible made the round un ejoyable it was blowing the balls about all over the place even on the greens when putting wouldnt rush back unless i had a buggy and there wss no wind the greens were very fast pace all over the place but it was very windy day

Fereneze on a very windy day

Nice course. Bit of a climb to start but once up you basically only come down at the very end. Very exposed in places on a very windy day but good fun. Well worth a try.

Well worth the effort.

Having read previous reviews I was prepared for the first few holes being uphill but it was fine if you take it easy. Once you have done that the views are spectacular which helps you forget your bad shots. Fast undulating greens.
I will definitely be back to play very soon.

Worth playing for the course AND the views

Nice layout, not overly long, but plays to it's strengths with the hills and the greens. Uphill for the first few holes, but nothing knackering (unless like my playing partner, you forget your trolley battery hehe). Views are amazing!! We had a good day and got to enjoy the course in very good condition, despite some very recent wet weather. Greens were amazing. Best I've putted on for last month.
Pro was friendly and helpful. Didn't rate clubhouse as did not use facilities. Driving nets and good putting green beside first tee. A lack of signage on the course would be my only complaint. A couple of times we followed paths from green to tee, or coming off the 18th to find we were going the wrong way.

Great course with even better views!

Some of the best greens you'll find regardless of green fee - fast and consistent roll and bounce.
The course layout is not long but is very hilly and had you playing a good variety of shots.
Overall condition of the course was immaculate despite recent poor weather.
Some of the views from the top section of the course are simply amazing.
I would happily sign up to be a member of the club if I didn't live 250 miles away.
