Winter greens already

Course in good condition. No warning on the website about winter greens on 4 holes though. Disappointing in mid October when you are paying full green fees. Pace of play was awful so didn’t complete the round

Good course, slow play!

Course was in good condition - played it a few times before. Got caught behind a Texas scramble charity march today and had to walk off after 3 hours and 12 holes. Play was very slow. Disappointed.

Mount Ellen

Last time we played this course was about 4/5 years ago, and I must say I have never seen a course deteriorate so much in such a short space of time. Tee's , fairways and greens were terrible conditions, so disappointed. Would recommend give this course a wide berth. Definitely not worth the money.

Mount Ellen

The course and greens were in good condition considering the course had been shut the day before. A good mixture of long and short par 3 & 4s. Were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the day

Good open course

Quite an open course so good for the casual golfer, not many long holes but a course that rewards the ambitious.

Mount Ellen - definitely worth a round

First time playing the course and definitely impressed. Not held up at all on the round and the course was in good condition. The course itself is quite short, par 4s are reachable if your long off the tee or it's a short wedge to the green. Only downside are a couple of double greens which for some reason I dislike. Will definitely be back again for a round this year.

poor value

First of all the course conditions were very poor no yardage on t box's greens were in very poor condition went to get a coffee in the bar before our round and no coffee in the coffee machine pro shop staff were not very helpful only wanted our money and go after our round we went in for a bite to eat and got told only rolls handful of poorly made salad rolls on a tray at the bar . Would not recommend this course and felt as if I paid over the odds to what we got ok it wasn't a lot of money but no value what so ever .
