Great day out.

We had a three ball at Erskine GC today and would highly recommend it. Set on the banks of the river Clyde it has some fantastic views and a beautiful setting. It is a James Braid course so you can expect plenty is surprises will definitely play again.

Good course ruined by attitude of Pro and course manager

Decided to play a different course this weekend for a bit of change. Having played the course a few times I knew the course would be a decent challenge. Whole experience ruined before even going out due to pro's attitude and club manager. Arrived 45 mins before time to be told we were being joined by another two guest. Waiting about for our tee off time we noticed the tee was not very busy. We asked to go out earlier rather going out as a four ball. Pretty much no chance was the answer as the tee was busy! We waited 15 mins at the tee until our tee off time with no one going out during this period. We then went out as a four ball played the first and the split up and rejoined on the 18th. Did not hold up anyone. The two other guests could not believe we forced to play together. 3 hour round. No reason to pair us up as a 4 ball.

Greens and course are superb and food was top class as well as the service. Great day at Erskine GC

My friend and I played at Erskine Golf Club on Saturday, 25th March 2017. The gentleman in the pro shop was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. It was a lovely sunny day so the course was quite busy but there wasn't any long waits as we went through our round. A few of the holes are quite tricky if you have never played there before, as you play a few unsighted shots where you are unsure what lies over the hill. The members were very friendly as we chatted to a few when we were waiting at the tee box. The course was in great condition considering the snow and rain we had in the area the week before. I would definitely recommend Erskine GC and will definitely go back myself.

Good course but didn't appreciate being put out 10 mins early with 2 strangers who said they were on tee for 15 beforehand and could easily have been allowed to go. I understand terms and conditions but didn't have time for warm up
