Hilton Park Golf Club - The Hilton Course
About
Hilton Park Golf Club sits just 9 miles northwest of Glasgow, near Rob Roy country, on the route toward Loch Lomond and the Trossachs.
The Hilton Course at Hilton Park Golf Club offers 18 holes over 6,045 yards, with a 70 par, and it makes you wait for the signature hole until the 17th, a par-3 that measures 184 yards, and has the apt name of Muckly Drop. You shoot from an elevated tee toward a well-bunkered green that has a burn blocking the green's front edge 200 feet below; even the best golfers have a tough time on this hole. Test the wind, always varied, to decide whether you're shooting with a nine-iron or a driver.
If you're golfing on a budget, play the Hilton Course at the Hilton Park Golf Club during the slow season from October to April, when the rates are deeply discounted.

Early season
Greens could have done with a cut but just been fertilised and some being hand watered so not a great start.
Fairways had been sacrificed ball running as the course was also dry which is good as normally it can be wet.
The course will get better with heat and growth and for the money was good value compared to some others locally..a couple of two ball ties out in front play could have been faster.as I joined up with someone and we were being held up by them.
Will play again as it gets warmer and growth appears and the course takes better shape.
Had a drink at bar when I came in bar staff friendly.
Corse review
Golf course in good condition and greens well cut.
Lack of notices directing you to next tee and distance markers on fairway difficult to find but bunkers with new sand good.
A map on the card would have helped especially as had to finish early and difficult to find bearings back to club house.
Amazing course!!
First time playing at Hilton Park golf club, and we could not believe how beautiful the Hilton course was. We have played most of the courses in Scotland and Hilton was definitely our favourite. The staff are extremely friendly, the facilities superb, and to top it off, the food excellent. Can’t believe it took this long for us to play here, the scenery and course condition is stunning. Can’t wait to return.

Course conditions
Considering the weather last few months course was in pristine condition and the greens were perfect, credit to the green staff
Beautiful Course
First time playing on the Hilton Course. I have played the Allander before, but the Hilton is definitely the superior course of the two. Given we have had the wettest February on record, the course has held up brilliantly with only a few fairways showing small signs of damage. The par 3 17th was the highlight for me with amazing views across the landscape. Scored a record round, so this is my new favourite course in Glasgow!
Fun day out
Interesting layout. Course was in a great condition considering the weather of late. Friendly person in the pro shop who couldn't have been more helpful. We were late to tee off due to a slow group of lads but eventually we could play through. Worth a visit.
Great Course
Great course, plenty of hills!! Excellent condition with good views. Pro shop staff very helpful and welcoming.
Great course
Really nice course with some really nice holes. Some incredible views as well. 17th was brilliant fun.
I'd take a cart if you struggle walking. It's incredibly hilly. If you've not got the legs you might struggle.
Hilton Park
Friendly welcome at the Pro shop, seamless on to the tee and beautiful condition . A must play course .
Hilton golf course review
best golf course for the money, challenging (I PLAYED THE LONGEST) and for walkers is a real demolition. Very hilly so an electric trolley required. As I walked..I was quite tired, so take into account.
Hilton park
Some holes were out of play so temp greens in place overall still enjoyable
Will go back
Great value
I had booked a round through golf now the course was in great condition for the time of year. I would love to have a round in the summer as the some of the greens look very challenging.
Great but Hilly
2nd time playing this although it’s been over 10 years. Lovely course and is very secluded. Staff were very friendly and some cracking holes. You can tell I’m 10 years older though as I struggled a bit with the up and downs. It can be tough as there are a lot of up and downs over the 18 holes. All in all though a lovely round of golf and would defo play it again.
Fantastic setting, great course
Very good layout of course. Some challenging holes. Friendly staff. Quite wet off the fairways but to be expected with the amount of rain recently but otherwise a well maintained course. First time playing and will return.
