Took advantage of afternoon tee time, no one on course, greens late afternoon length so a bit rough. Course has everything you could ask for if you are looking for a place to work on game. No complaints here. Good layout

Interesting layout. Very hilly for a Florida course. The elevations make some holes play longer than indicated. Course in good shape considering the recent drought. Greens were a little slow but playable. This is a great choice. I have played here before and will play here again.

This was one of the best courses I've played in central Florida. Their investment in their green-keeping staff has paid off handsomely. The course was in great condition especially given how little rain there has been. In fact all the staff I met were excellent.

I would particularly like to thank the 3 GENTLEMEN whom I caught up at the 11th and called me through on the 12th, as opposed to the 3 MEN who let me watch every shot from their drives on the 1st to their putts on the 9th!!

Course is in great shape for the lack of rain in area. Greens could be quicker, but understand they don't want to burn them up. Best conditioned course in area right now.

Despite the long drought in this area, the course is in very good condition. Greens were smooth and ran at a good speed. I have enjoyed every Bobby Weed design I've played such as Bent Creek and Slammer & Squire inJacksonville and he did a great job here. The mid tees were fun and challenging for me a 12 Hcp who gets it only 200-210 off the tee these days. Plenty of length for the long hitters from the tips. My only negative was with the directions given by GolfNow.. It missed a turn right off I-4 to gert to N. Normandy.

In view of the lack of rain in this area the course is in surprisingly good condition. Fairways, tee boxes and greens have obviously been watered. The greens are a bit slow, and could be improved by rolling them, however all are in good shape. This is a nice challenge for any golfer with quite a few sand traps/waste bunkers to contend with. Definitely worth playing, and will return.

Fancied this course for a while and eventually made the trip. The website and photos always looked impressive but I was a wee bit underwhelmed with the course. I had an enjoyable round but the course is just a bit untidy although I believe there has been a bit of a drought recently which maybe hasn't helped the greens staff.

Overall a pass mark for an enjoyable experience.

The course was in excellent condition considering it has not rained in a while. Windy conditions made an already challenging, hilly course more difficult. Hot Deal through GolfNow was well worth it. One of the better courses in the area.

Recently took up golf after retiring. This was my first time playing at a Florida course. Selected course from Golfnow. Good deal for single player. Course was in great condition despite lack of rain. If you like sand traps, you will love this course. Bunkers made course a little more interesting for me since I was playing alone. Everybody I met on staff was extremely friendly and happy to answer any question. Was impressed with the Deltona Club Course Guide. Very informative about how to play each hole. Would be happy to play here again.

This course has some tough holes but also a few short par 4's. Lot of extra sand traps and some good elevation changes for a Florida layout --- but no water hazards! Greens and fairways are in good shape, and most hurricane damage has been cleaned up (unlike some other nearby courses).

What a delight to visit Deltona. We drove from Saint Augustine to try it out based on a family recommendation. Greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a great pace of play. Very interesting variety of challenging holes from multiples tees. People that don't like sand might not like it, but there was a safe way to play every hole. This course was one of the highlights of our Florida vacation. Thanks.

Paid 20 bucks to play that I felt was a good deal for this course. The greens were a nice medium speed in good condition. The fairways had some bare spots and some of the tee boxes were in need of attention. Overall it was a good value for the dollar.

This is a different course for Central Florida: no water hazards, but lots of sand: everywhere! Combined with the elevation changes; again unusual for this area, it made for an overall enjoyable experience. My only major complaint is that there is no indication as to flag location; some of the greens are huge and when you can only see the top of the flag (because of the elevation), it makes it difficult to know the yardage; although we had watch gps's, it wasn't enough. Using colored flags would do the trick.

Deltona is an ok course. There are better courses for the same amount. The greens are good and the changes in elevation for a Florida course are challenging. What is not aceptable is the rudness of the staff. The first time we played, we got out of the car and a member of the pro shop staff yelled at us for parking there, that it was for carts, yet it was not clearly marked. When paying, he was curt and short with us. Yesterday, we sure knew where to park, but again, the pro shop staff rude and short with us. Will probably NOT play again due to this treatment. Not a good business practice.

This course has been around forever, and as a lifelong resident of the Orlando area, I have never made the trip up I4 to play this course. Totally different golf than what you will find in Central Florida, with big undulations, lots of waste sand, and wide open. Fun course that is a great value for the money. I thought the greens were in great condition and very large, fairways were fine, and tee boxes good too. Usually waste areas have some kind of dumpy sand and all kinds of debris in them, but this place had good quality sand that you could get a club on. You know you are in for a treat in Florida when the course has gas carts.
