Barely OK. I will play elsewhere. The greens and tee boxes need improvement.

While conditions were only decent it’s a fun course with lots of sand. An excellent value.

Compared to Victoria Hills this is a palace.
Grass on all fairways, greens that you could put. and tees that were not gravel pits. Fairways not roped hoping for grass to grow on dirt paths.
Deltona deserves the support for the Deland area where ownership seems to treat customers with respect and not as suckers for the out of state transients.

The golf course layout is quite nice…which is why I return.

The problem is. The condition of the course is often poor. Recently, the green conditions were a bit rough because there’s a lot of sanding going on. This makes the role inconsistent and very grainy when trying to putt. The actual course itself has a lot of weeds, and the fairways are cut too thin. Not only are the bunkers, not raked by machines there’s no rakes if you wanted to rake.

This could be a jewel if somebody actually maintained it well.

Greens were like putting on a sand bar, fairways have very little grass, overpriced for the condition of the course.

No greens, all sand... dyed the sand green to look like grass.. pathetic....

We played on a Friday afternoon and the first nine holes were great and then on the back nine I guess they let a lot more people on the course. We had to wait for fifteen minutes to tee off on number ten. We ended up leaving after hole 12 because it was so slow. I would go back for the price but not on a Friday afternoon
