Dunedin Stirling Links
About
Dunedin Stirling Links sprawls across 27 acres of lush, gently rolling hills dotted with tall pine trees and osprey nests. The golf course is located just minutes from Clearwater Beach and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The layout is a traditional links design that is highly reminiscent of classic Scottish golf courses. The greens are small and well bunkered. They require a fair amount of accuracy, providing a challenging but fair test. Three ponds and a creek offer the occasional water hazard. In addition to the course, the club also offers an extensive practice facility that provides an excellent place to work on your short game skills. The facility includes a 24-station driving range, a large practice bunker, a 4,000-square foot putting green, and a separate chipping green.

Needs some TLC
Dunedin Stirling Links is a good course to work on your short game (extremely short game). The course had not been mowed recently and the greens were not in the best of shape. Water stands on the course in some spots. Ok course for beginners and juniors to work on short game.
Course sucked and Golf now charge me the same fee if I had walked in plus $10 admin fee

Aweful Course
This could be a great 9 hole course maybe but needs completely re built and designed. As of now it looks like m 80s were set off on all the greens and some have tree roots in them i hit one on fly and ball bounced 50 yards off the green this is aweful pay the extra money and go elsewhere. This course leaves you thinking. Is this some kind of gag, is someone gonna jump out and say i have been punked.
Great day!
My fiance and I came out to play here to try a new course..... We had a great day and a very fun round... Henry in the pro shop/concession area was awesome. We played in extremely windy conditions....30+ miles per hour and still had a great experience... We will definitely be back
Lousy conditions
Terrible shape. A par three course. Worst course I have ever been on.
Good price for the money
Went in Jan 2020. I got a hot deal online. For the money I thought it was good value.
Course wasn’t in great shape but not as bad as the earlier reviews would make you think.
LMAO what does these ppl with bad reviews expect when they are paying so little... PGA quality?
We appreciate your review. We hope to see you back out soon.
Greens unkempt
The greens were never taken care of they were weeds.and bare sand, no maintenance on the greens lately.
Poor Condition
The greens are non existent. Nothing but sand.
Paid for 18 with a cart. Staff told me that my rate was to low and that he did not have a cart available for me. Told me I could wait about an hour and a cart would be available.
We had to walk!!!!

PAR 3 COURSE
No indication that this is a PAR 3 course on line with GolfNow. That is not so bad and we could live with that, because we had a new player BUT the course layout was TERRIBLE! Was very hard to keep your ball on your fairway because the holes were so close to each other. Hard to find the next hole, all poorly marked!
Thanks for your review. We apologize your experience was anything less than stellar. If you would like to continue this discussion, please feel free to reach out to us at infol@dunedingolf.com.
Bogged Down
Great little course to practice your short game.
We booked too early after the rain, course was very wet in places.
Accuracy of your shots was of the utmost importance.
All in all we had a good (cool) day on this course.
Thank you for your review. We value your feedback and hope to see you again soon!

It is what it is
I hit the driving range and putting range a few times a week there. The course itself is exactly what you would imagine for a $15 round of golf. It is only a par 3 course but is great for working on mid-range Irons and chipping. The biggest gripe is the layout. If you can find your way around the jumbled up mess that make up hole 6-10 then your are way smarter than me. I found that me and many other golfers were confused on where to go next. The fairways are patchy and range in grass thickness from very thick patches to no grass at all. The greens are inconsistent. Some of them have thick patches of clover that drastically slows the ball down. This is terribly frustrating when the rest of the green is in pretty good shape. I would think of this course as a cheap way to work on iron and short-game play.
Very poor condition
You get what you pay for but this course was in terrible shape. The greens reminded me of shag carpet and the whole fairway was basically a sand trap (no grass or very patchy).
Pace
I have been there several times this year. The course is in rough shape but ok for irons practice. Recently there were 4 players in front of us, two in the cart and two walking with them. The four were using two sets of clubs. After each hole they stood on green chatting while we waited. I had to yell twice to get them moving. Then we jumped holes to get past them. I complained at pro shop mid way....they did nothing to correct this. I will not be back.
Like playing putt putt
Save your money. This was the worst course I have ever seen in FL and I’m almost embarrassed that others may play on it. The “fairways” are straight crab grass and the “tee boxes” were dirt mounds. Don’t even get me started on the greens....
all of the holes are right on top of each other and it doesn’t even feel like golf. A few of the holes are less than 45 feet from Teebox to flag (for ladies). Also, the carts are gas powered which is fine, just a lot louder. There is no “dress code” - we saw people walking the course in gym shorts and flip flops.
Our friends also played this same course about a year ago and a homeless man tried to sell them used golf balls at one of the tee boxes....
