Fantastic place
Fantastic course... One of the best in Ireland for layout and club house amenities.
Very friendly staff ... looking forward to returning and staying the night so I can play it twice :)
Loved it - Great Place!
I was apprehensive as it was Jan 19th and I was expecting a wet course and difficult conditions, but the course was in fantastic condition.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even though it was a Saturday the young girl on reception treated us like we were members ourselves, they allowed us to use the driving range facilities before our round and tried accommodating us as best they could as we tried to get out earlier than our booked tee time due to the fear of it getting dark. We got out 20 mins earlier and managed to get all 18 holes in :)
I would highly recommend playing this course. Next time I will try to stay on site as there is so much to do around this estate and Id happily play it a few times. Cant wait to see how it is in the summertime!! 5 STARS
Fantastic golf course
Seems like every hole is feature hole, challenging course, greens were on slow side as had just been sanded but course perfect other than that, will be back to play hopefully greens will be up to speed
amazing
Played a 3 ball. Course is the best ive played by far. Girl in pro shop was lovely and helpful. 5*****
Excellent
Course was in excellent condition and we had the run of the course with know one ahead of us. It was a perfect time to play and Mount Juliet is a beautiful course late in the evening. I would recommend this course as a must play.
Meh
The course condition was no better than a typical public access golf course you would find in the states. The fairways were not particularly well kept with divots abounding - and none of them filled because they provide no sand or seed. The greens were splotchy, which visually creates an environment that is less than desirable for this price point, although it did not affect play. Ball marks were not repaired. There is no drinking water on the course, save for the snack bar at the 10th tee. Problematically, there is absolutely no signage to assist the golfer in finding the next tee, which significantly slows play. The staff is amicable enough, though not particularly helpful. In all, an average course at a premium price.
Phenomenal Club
An amazing "park" course in the midlands of Ireland. Mt Juliet is a resort course that has held the Irish Open and WGC events. The course is very straight forward but in pristine conditions. The feel of a Georgia course in the middle of Ireland. Fairways like carpet with some bounce. Greens fair and true. Practice facilities lack but staff and Pro Shop give you the country club feel. Price is not cheap but worth every cent.
Gorgeous course, forgiving fairways, immaculate greens.
One of the most enjoyable parkland courses in Ireland. Feels like USA tour golf. You know the grass is just that shade richer, it looks just perfect. It plays that way too.
The fairways are generally pretty wide and forgiving after a few tight opening holes. However there are plenty of sand traps to punish less than perfect approaches!
The clubhouse is lovely and the staff are kind and friendly.
