Gold Coast
Great spot on a sunny day. Course and weather perfect. Really enjoyed our fourball there. Hope to be back soon.
Bunker problems
I loved playing this course. The scenery is second to none. The greens were excellent. But the bunkers were very poor. No sand, loads of stones. Like concrete. Apart from the bunkers. It is a great experience.
Fascinating course
Great local course. Played on a Saturday afternoon in windy and wet conditions. Design was a bit quirky but fun. Absolutely gorgeous views of the water. But this is a parkland course, not links. Some of the fairways would 'cross over' between two holes, not a normal design. Many holes were very tight driving holes, tree lined on both sides. Tees were not level on many holes. Par 3's were long. Local knowledge would have helped.
Excellent seaside course
This course was our favorite of the courses we played while in Ireland. The course is right on the ocean, is well laid out, challenging and in good condition. It was very quiet when we played so we were able to play at a great pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the round relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this course.
