Poor shape
Course was in rough shape and pace of play was 5 hours. No marshall to keep play on pace. Won’t go back.
Left after # 12
Pace on back was terrible-was going to be 3 hrs+ to play back but that’s unacceptable..so we left as did the group behind us.. How about sending a ranger out?
Never again!!!

Great course and in pretty good shape. Not the best value but still very good.
Greens in excellent shape and very fast.

Awesome layout. The course was surprisingly not in good shape. There were LOTS of dirt patches everywhere. All the recent rain hours, shocked.
Needs some attention
I loved the layout, very challenging. The conditions weren't great...fairways in need of some weed and feed. The greens were a tad fast, but in good shape. I'd play it again, but hope they give some care to the non-members course.
Not bad value but not in the best shape
Greens were in good condition. Fairways & bunkers can use some TLC. Pace of play was slow. A Marshall / starter would go a long way to help this.
No Rain Check Golfnow was no help
Delayed start time to let rain pass, rain intensified and the course would not allow a rain check. Told me to contact golfnow. Golfnow website didn't offer any links or help on the phone. Wasted money.
Challenging
Make sure you warm up before playing this course. There are not to many flat shots in a round. The course design is very challenging. Take your time and enjoy your round.
Great course design very challenging
I will definitely be going back here again. Great course layout and great amenities. Highly recommend.
Over 5 hours
Today was a good day for golf. Only lost one ball,the course was not as good as it's been,the fairways had chunk patches of grass everywhere and they needed to mow , the greens were just ok they rolled true made two birds.i will go back i and think they gave the mowers the day off.
Hairy greens, portly maintained
This course seems like it was once a great course, it’s in very poor condition now though.
Need a marshall
I do enjoy this course but they desperately need a marshall. I played as a single and had a group of 3 that was scheduled for the same tee time that wouldn't group up with me. So after 2 holes the foursome in front of me let me join them.
It was nice but a group of 5 on a Sunday afternoon makes for a long round. But the 3 folks that didn't wanna group up ended up waiting for us quite a bit and left after 8 holes, which I was amused by. Wouldn't have happened if a marshall was there to explain to them how tee times work.
Don’t waste your time.
If you research the course their online presence is great. However the course you see is not the course you will play. Their members course is the beautiful course you see online. Very disappointing to show up and realize you have been tricked into paying decent money to play a terrible course. Please play somewhere else.
Very poor maintenance
There’s a reason why it’s cheap. Good layout. Poor grounds maintenance
Fairways and Rough Bare spots
Many many bare spots in Fairway and Rough areas. Greens were good condition. Fairways were very poor. Rough areas are very poor. Obviously all the $$ goes to Sterling CC. Would not recommend this course.
