Lima Verde
This is just a 9 hole course in La Lima that has some big language barriers with non Spanish speaking people. Granted, they don't expect many American tourists to play here but it sure would have made my experience better.
Before my round I was told that I could use a cart and play w/out a caddie. This did not happen as expected. Caddies are required for everyone and they didn't have one cart available to the public. Caddies are fine, but when I can't communicate with them it seems pointless to have to pay for one. I guess it provides employment for the locals and that's the bigger issue here anyways.
The course is nothing special or challenging at all. It's less than 3 minutes away from Club Campestre so you might as well play both if you have the time.
Also, you pay for 18 holes regardless of a nine hole round or not, might as well suck it up and get your moneys worth.... I didn't stick around to play the other 9.
