Very nice greens, very good shape and fast. Great layout with lots of variety hole to hole. Excellent par three's and just enough water to keep you sharp. Big, wide fairways with interesting dog-legs on several holes. Very friendly staff and grounds keepers. Fastest carts I have ever driven. Very good pace of play.

Not very long but a lot of target shooting. Really fun course, and the greens were great.

Slightly challenging with narrow fairways. Most greens were in excellent condition. Will definitely play here again

I've played this course a few times and never had an issue but when I arrived, the pro-shop told me that the time that I booked (and paid for and got a confirmation number from Golfnow) was not available and that I shouldn't be using Golfnow......??? They did give us tee-time an hour and a half later, but it turned out to be a very long game, of which we only played 14 holes because it was so slow; a 10 minute wait for every shot, whether off the tee, in the fairway or onto the green. No more weekend golf at this course! They were all senior members I guess?

I enjoy playing this course. Requires shot placement, some water on course, and greens are excellent.

The Staff was fabulous and the greens were in excellent shape. Fastest carts in Marion county.

Enjoyed our round. Course was in great shape. Will put this on our "play again" list.

First time I played this course.. Wow !! I did not expect it to be in excellent shape. Excellent fairways & greens conditions. Very challenging in a way that the fairways are narrow, and if you don't get in the fairway, your ball will surely roll down to the high slopes. I mean like really up and down rough slopes! Lots of elevation changes. Don't forget the undulating greens.

The course is well maintained. The narrow fairways with plunging valleys, mostly grassed, are very challenging.

This course has its own unique characteristics different from other courses in surrounding areas of Ocala. Some blind narrowing fairways near the greens.

I was passing through Ocala on my way to Orlando for business and booked a 4:15 tee time. Checked in about 4:00 to an incredibly rude person explaining how I shouldn't have been allowed to book a tee time after 4 as "it's impossible to keep a course open for one person". Not knowing any other courses in the area and wanting to get in 18 I agreed to "get as many in as I could and be back 'about 6' ". He took $7 off my round for my inconvenience. I played as quickly as any one person could play and was greeted on the 15th green at 5:45 by the cart staff stating that this needed to be my last hole. I conceded to his request and left the course very aggravated. I'm sorry if they don't have the business to keep the course open until dark like most every course I've been to but it's really not my problem if I book a tee time that they posted.

As far as the course, the layout was great, the fairways were patchy and the greens were the worst I've played all summer.

It's possible that the low attendance could be contributed to the rude staff and less than desirable course conditions.....

Greens were a little long and shabby.Played in 2,5 hours met up with a twosome on 15 and they let me join them for the last couple of holes.Very friendly.Course is playable but a little ragged around the edges.

It is a beautiful course with hills and water fountains. Loved the water hazards. However, there was no food nor drinks when return after 9 holes. Everything was closed. It was a ghost town. Yet, we had the course to ourselves and had a lot of fun. Would play again

The greens are in terrible condition - slow, patchy, and full of fungus. Putts bounce all over the place IF you can even get the ball to the hole. After a rainy day, the greens were incredibly slow.
