Flamingo Lakes Country Club
About
Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Dishonest listing
They advertise GPS, but they removed all of them from the carts.
No markers on coarse any where.
Too many players holding up play, because they don't have markers.
Save your money, look elsewhere
Good value for money
Do not enter in the Flamingo domaine using the Pine street access. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to go through the security control at the entrance. Use the Pembroke street access it seems to be faster.
good bargain
Nothing fancy here, just golf. No warmup area other than a putting green. The course has a nice mix of easy and hard holes. Some greens were in rough shape, the tee boxes were some of the best I've seen in a while. It's a low pressure track to play, which is appealing
Good track
some greens were in rough shape, literally putts on those greens would bounce and get knocked off their line. The Tee Boxes were nice, fairways a combination of good and so-so. I like the easy vibe there.
Excelente golf course conditions
Golf course in great conditions. Need a ranger to enforce pace of play. Very slow last two times I played. I called the pro shop to report issue. Send someone to check and nothing done to warn slow players.
Sunday
Seems to be overbooked ,staff was not able to find a solution...course itself...avrg layout, greens were ok...not a tough course....but i cancelled my tee time for wednesday because there are much better places for the money...
Nice place
We like this course. LOTS of water. It's not particularly long, but the water makes every hole a challenge. Course was in decent shape. It's usually fairly slow (4 1/2 hours).
The course has no yard markers
No yard markers , no directions to the any hole , hie are you suppose to guess where your going ?
Good on a deal
Great course. I paid $35 and that’s a very fair price for this track. Greens were in good condition. The couple I played with got out for $22 so that was a steal! Lots of water on the course so don’t let the yardage fool you. It’s not a walk in the park. Greens were in great shape and rolled well. I try to play here whenever I visit
Course was barely average
Nothing spectacular about the course. Gated access from attached community. Took about 20 minutes to get through security. Brutal.
South Florida Golf
Reasonable price for short term decision to play golf. Course is not long and water is in play. Could use more yardage marking on the course (did not bring my golf watch). Located in a retirement community so older people play the course requierly.
