Par 3's and 4's with some challenges
This course provides a bit more challenges than the basic executive courses. The challenges come in the form of water, narrow approaches and par 3's at 180 to 200 from some tees. The pace was ok for the size of the crowd that visits this course. The price is good because the course is always in good condition. The players are mostly relaxed and patient. The staff is friendly. Every now and the a staff member (grounds keeper?) stops by and ask what you think of a tee or pin position. Along with just general golf discussion. If I was looking for a game and had a limited time, this is where I go.
Go early!
Decent course. Not difficult. The RANGER will kick you off about 30 minutes prior to Sunset. BEWARE!!!
Poor pace of play
Started the day with various tee times leaving at the unset times but mainly due to no shows. The pace of play was poor all day, our foursome started with 3 teams on the first tee and stayed that way most of the day. We tried to visit the clubhouse at the turn and it was closed before 5pm on Sunday. Course conditions were pretty good and the greens were rolling great.
Great condition!
It would cost upwards of $200 to play such a well manicured regulation length course. Great 18 hole executive golf course. Best bang for your golf bucks in south Florida.
Price too expensise
I reserved with golfnow and was suppose to pay 32$ tx include…But i paid $52 because i was not a Sunrise resident….
This is to much for an executive golf course…
The Canadian are paying lot too much fir playing golf when they arrived for he winter…
You can play for half price everywhere when we are going back home in April…
What a way to thanks the Canadian who paid lot of taxe and leave a lot of money in Florida…Shame on you..´
