The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Great course
From the friendly pro-staff, waitress and the course was excellent too. This was our first time playing this course and we will surely be back. The course has a great lay-out with many challenging holes and lots of water. Thanks again to the staff
This is a solid course especially for the money
Make the trip to this one. course is decently difficult but quiet nice surroundings. you will be glad you played. Only complaint was that the holes didn't seem cut recently but the greens were in decent shape and for the money there really is no complaint. I've played courses twice as much that is not in this condition.
Great Course For The Money
I've played here numerous times and always enjoy it. The layout is great, the staff is friendly, and they price it correctly. The course conditions are okay, you get what you pay for. Don't expect TPC conditions; it's not pristine but it's also not $200.
Terrible
Do not play this course no matter how cheap it is. Every single green is out grown and has sand in spots. The fairways were all muddy with patches and mud in spots. No Bev cart. The cart path does not have a single flat spot on it. Also no driving range. Would not recommend to anyone beginners or not!!!
Value is the Word!
Price definitely defines this course. It is very much like a municipal course, Tee boxes were uneven and need care and greens were too thick which made for easily an increase in your score.
First Time, Would Return
1st time playing this course and it was better than I expected. I would say that 75% of the course was in good condition, greens were very slow, needed to be cut. Disappointed that there was no water on the course, was ok that there was not a beverage cart but there should have been water on the course. Pace of play was good, very hard to play today without waiting a little bit. Overall, enjoyable day, would return, value for what we paid.
Great Golf, Nice people!
What I like the most about this course, is the people who play it. Every time I got paired with others, they are very kind and nice to play with. The pace is good without anyone getting disrespectful about other players taking more time (like everyone did at some point when they were learning). If someone is in a quicker pace, they just ask, like adult people used to do decades ago!

Good Round, Friendly golfers!
What I love the most about this golf course is the people who play it. 100% of the times (so far) Im paired with very nice people. The pace is good and no one is arguing about it. It seems that everybody is in the same mood: "Enjoying the outdoors and being nice"! The way it should be!
The greens rolled true, and had some bare spots that were covered with white sand. So I mostly treated them like ground under repair. The course was also bare spotted, but for the most part very playable. Great course for the money I’d spent. Will play it again.

It’s been better
Tee boxes were in need of cutting. Fairways were overgrown in some areas. Greens needed TLC and cutting. I have played this course before and it was never this poor.

This is the first time that I found this course so poor. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in poor conditions. The course has been better.
