Awesome Father's Day golf at Windermere. A great way to celebrate the first day of summer too. The course is in great shape.

Overall, the course played well. Some Racoon Dung on the stairs to the 4th tee blues could have been cleaned up earlier that morning considering we got to the 4th tee around 12 noon. Excellent value for the money. GolfNow really paid off on the one.

Arrived on time and was met by the pro shop. The experience was terrific. Knew who we were and provided unlimited expertise on the course. The course 9tself was in great shape, greens very nice. The restaurant was quick between nines. Staff ( Megan) extremely nice. Food good. A great experience in cottage country.

This course is one of the most beautiful courses we have played. The landscaping was magazine worthy! They had gardens everywhere! They utilized every space with plants, flowers, rocks and ponds. They even put hanging baskets on bridges. We thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf with the perfect fairways and greens.

Had my date playing 18 holes with me...Course is in unbelievable shape...Thanks for the great deal...Joe

very nice course. Unfortunately, we picked a rainy day so the course was very wet (some standing water, even on the greens). Some very picturesque tee shots and overall a nice course.

My wife and I played this coarse, it was a cooler rainy day yet we still enjoyed ourselves, scenery was lovely and conditions were alright. I would recommend this coarse to all levels of golfers

One if the older courses in Muskoka !! Fairly open and tee shots are fairly forgiving.. Greens a bit small and roll a but slower .. But all around great course!

Meticulously maintained course, with perfect fairways, nice course layout with moderate difficulty and beautiful landscaping through out property. Great day of golf and will be returning.

The course was in decent shape; some of the greens needed a little more love. A lot of the course was just boring, straight holes with maybe a hazard by the green. Not particularity challenging - you can even slice one into the next fairway in a lot of instances and be okay. Sprinkler heads were marked and that was a bonus.

Staff was friendly - they came out to carry bags. The greens are single cut which is rare, and some of a landscaping and mulching on the course is pretty, but I feel like more time could be put into the actual course. The 9th hole doesn't go back to the club house, and nobody was making any food at their 'halfway house' on a Sunday at noon.

Greens a little ruff. But nice old course was wet when we teed off. Conditions got better as day went on great day

The course was in excellent shape, fairways consistently groomed as was the rough. The greens although a little slow again were consistent which is always appreciated when not knowing the course. Very lovely course the tee boxes were mostly level and set up for the correct shot unlike many where they have you facing trouble and difficulty to determine. Great value, beautiful course and well worth the price. However, you must have bug spray or you may not make the full 18.

I'd like to tip my cap to those that own and work at Windermere Golf. I've been coming here for many years now and always loved the layout and scenery. This year they have made some 'simple' but excellent investments in fixing up certain parts of the course that are subtle but great improvements. The folks that work there are extremely friendly, helpful and made a great course a fantastic experience on this visit. It should be a great season there.

What a beautiful course hidden in the middle of nowhere...The course plays a lot harder than it looks...but the scenery is beautiful and it is such a pleasant place to play.

The course was currently under repair. There were three holes that were being repaired which required your to hit to a temporary green on the fairway. Still a nice course with great fall conditions.

The course was in great shape despite having three temporary greens. I played with my two teenage sons and father-in-law and our round was played at a good pace. The course is also challenging primarily due to the small greens. Dave in the pro shop was friendly and very accommodating.

This course - when playable is a good test of golf. While there are many short par 4's, it is a tight course with small greens with some major slopes (watch out for #1 and #3 green in particular). That said, when I played Friday there were three greens closed to build new greens. I could have mowed better temporary greens in my backyard. Playing three temporary greens is pathetic and the course definitely should have warned people prior to booking. Had I known three greens were out of commission I would not have played

3 holes were under repair with no warning.

A very enjoyable round made even better by a great GolfNow deal. Play the blue tees for a better view of several holes - at 6215 yds. it's not too long. Greens very nice, fairways also great. Will definitely return as it was a great outing as part of a two day golf trip to the Muskoka area.

course just got air rated, and re-doing some greens, so had temp greens. If I new that I would have gone somewhere else, for the money spent.
