Rustico Resort Golf & Country Club sprawls across 120 acres of lush parkland inhabited by a variety of wildlife including bald eagles, osprey, and great blue herons. This 18-hole golf course provides a scenic walk as well as a challenging round. From every hole golfers can enjoy a spectacular view of Rustico Bay in addition to verdant garden surroundings. The golf course is family owned and operated and it is popular among locals for its unique green fee, which allows golfers to play all day. Visitors can also enjoy complimentary green fees as guests of Rustico Resort. It is an excellent value for both use of the course and the expansive driving range.

Not well paced, or organized.
Firstly it is a decent golf course to play, a lot of of open play and a lot of straight aways. But unless the Marshall and club house are on the same page don’t bother playing. Multiple groups of 5 played ahead of myself and my partner, making it difficult to even play through.. The Marshall stated he would split the groups the speed the play up. Tee times are only 4 minutes apart and when I requested a refund from the clubhouse for the back nine they were unaware of the groups of 5 playing on the course. So either the clubhouse knew about the multiple groups of 5 and not caring or were disorganized not communicating with their Marshall. Truthfully with the close tee times and the multiple groups of 5 it indicated pace of play wasn’t a priority as much as collecting a green fee.
A great experience
The staff are friendly and know what they're doing. It's a resort so they have high standards of customer care. I mostly golf at the resort and have a meal now and then as a member. The golf course is in excellent condition. The pace of play ranges from slower to quick. Vacationers take their time...as to be expected. The tee boxes are easy to hit from. The fairways are kept short and the rough is easy to hit from. The bunkers are natural so rocks and pine cones will be normal. Rustico is a flat and straight forward course with plenty of challenge for all handycaps but not too challenging. Rustico golf resort puts on lots of fun tournaments for it's members. They have two pros that can fit clubs and give lessons. There is a driving range for practice. I recommend you check it out for a great experience at a very affordable price when visiting. Cudos to the staff that make it enjoyable to be there!
