Don’t use golfniw
Signed up w golfniw, only to find when I got there they don’t accept it anymore. The pro said I’ve been telling them for 2 weeks to take us off there. Other than that, course is nice, people are nice and played some golf
Great Greens
The greens were in fantastic shape at Little Crow. The layout left some to be desired, The Oaks side was very back and forth and a little boring, but The Pines side was pretty enjoyable. But overall a fun course, will definitely be back at some point.
Nice layout
Interesting greens; in good shape. A Number of water hazards. The proshop guy referred to us as the Golfnow party; like we were 2nd class. We followed the last ladies league foursome so it was a little slow. Fantastic value though.
Upgrade the Pro shop and this course is great!
I play this course regularly and the course was in the best condition I've ever seen it! The greens roll quick and true and the fairways are lush and green. 27 holes adds to the attraction as there is plenty of variety to challenge any golfer. However . . . I'm not sure if someone has told the Head Golf Pro that he's in the "service" industry. Greeting a patron with a smile seems too much to ask. Treating the customer as if they are a burden in your day, all too frequent. I love it best when the cart keys are tossed in my general direction onto the counter as he barely mutters which 9 to begin on. Perhaps it's time to consider retirement when the job isn't fun anymore. Nothing screams "come back and play my course" than that kind of guest service. Everything about Little Crow is really good, except for the "leadership." In this day of difficult times for the golf industry, a course doesn't need their "face" of the course making golfers feel unappreciated. I thought we were past the stuffy, pompous attitude of old, but I guess we're not. The best thing for Little Crow Golf Course would be to evaluate their leadership in the Pro Shop and decide if that's the direction they want to continue.
Great course, but...
Loved the course! Well kept. Had a great time with friends golfing 18 but the head golf pro seemed like an arrogant A#%!
Good Course
Great course. Great value. Very good experience. A must if in the area
Nice Little Course, Good Condition
Morning nine on Pines Course. Excellent Value. Beautiful surroundings. Good conditions. Old school course. Repeat player. Like to play when in Willmar/Spicer area.
Good
Everything was very good. Enjoy their different 27 holes. Really like their greens... They roll out very well!
nice greens
Great course nice mix of trees and open areas and elevation changes. Greens held the ball and putted true. Very friendly staff that made you feel they appreciated you chose their course.
Great for the price!
Everything was great except one thing...cart paths. Very rough shape. That has absolutely nothing to do with the gof experience though and that was terrific!
Awesome layout
Awesome course. Great layout. Good mix of challenging holes and birdie holes. A lot of water and sand. Everything was very well maintained and in good shape. Can't wait to go back!
Enjoyable
Got caught behind a couple slow groups, but I had a great time playing this course!
Very nice and well maintained course.
I have played this course before and am always quite pleased. It is well maintained with an excellent layout and a variety of differing, challenging holes. All 3 nines are very good, although my personal favorite is The Pines. Booked through Golf Now, what a deal for this course! I will continue to play this course when vacationing in the area.
Great course!
Had a great outing, played terribly. Of course, that's my fault. Course was in excellent condition for this time of year. It's nearby so I will play it again. I am also considering a membership.
Beautiful day - friendly staff!
We had a great golf experience at Little Crow! Beautiful course and gorgeous area! We look forward to returning soon!
Great staff, Great course!
My daughter and I went to play on Labor Day weekend. They were very busy but Sam (PGA Professional and Manager) and Lorne (shop assistant) went out of their way to make it easy for us to get out. A great day for us and would highly recommend Little Crow. Thanks Sam and Lorne!!
Very well maintained and a good challenge
This course is as well maintained,as relatively long and as good a challenge for amateur golfers as any I play in Naples Fl. in the winter, and I play many different courses. It has a good mix of hazards (water, sand and trees). It has several long par fours. The price I paid was ridiculously low, but the regular rates are very reasonable.
Excellent course to play.
Well maintained course with some interesting holes. I will play again.
great greens quite difficult
highly recommended excellent condition a very good value very well maintained
Little Crow has new leadership!
