Canterbury Woods Country Club

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got there early and we were allowed to tee off early. The course is very well maintained. We will certainly return as well as recommend to our friends. Great course!

Almost perfect

Played here well over 50 times and we’ve never seen the course look this bad! Quickly became one of our favorite courses the first time we played it, hence the reason we’ve been back so many times. Always immaculately maintained, perfectly manicured fairways and greens. This time, the course was beat—tee boxes were garbage, fairways were awful and greens were the worst I’ve played this season—lots of dead spots, bumpy, etc.The rough was the best part of the course! I understand the work required in maintaining a course, but these conditions were inexcusable.

The fairways were in great shape, the problem was the greens. All four of us were grumpy with the greens! Why sand and grass on some greens, some greens had been punched that's fine if they were all that way. Canterbury your a great course fix and maintain your greens and I would recommend you to others. Maybe I will try later in the season. Everything else was great but very hard to make those putts that count with sand and grass on the green bumpy ride!

I’ve noticed some of the other reviews haven’t been to coming to this course. The layout is amazing. The greens are in good shape; could be better. The fairways are a little chewed up. Tough course to play in my opinion. All you have to do is hit your ball exactly where you are aiming, which is easier said than done. All in all, I was very glad I went here and would love to go back again and play a little better.

Spectacular views and foliage love the elevation changes

Outstanding! Great , great layout! Challenging but fair! Fairly wide fairways give you a chance to score , but greens can be tough to get close , and if you get above the hole ,look out! Slick , fast greens require a deft touch, downhill for sure can be scary. But they are nice , and they are true! Highly recommended!

Great food, fairways nicely manicured but the best part are the GREENS.

We got a lil hung up at the turn with 2 slow groups in front of us and got hit into a few times on the back 9. Lil frustrating... Love the course and the views are spectacular!

Fairways and greens need work. Ball marks on greens. Fairway divots and dead spots. $68 w/cart is not a great value compared to other courses in the same class

Par 3’s are awesome. They should rehandicap some of the holes. Some of the holes from the white tees are a challenge. Alll in-all my favorite course.

We got paired up with nice pair of men. Had a great time. Play was extremely slow as it always is on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this course.

Course fairways first 3 or 4 holes are poor condition to play. Sand traps were horrible. Looked like no one had raked or taken sand machine through in over a week or two. Just frustrating when you hit a shot around the green and can't get out because no sand base. If you cared about your coarse this would never happen. This is New Hampshire.
Go to the Oaks they have the best golf coarse around that is public.

Canterbury Woods was in excellent shape and love
that they have a starter and a ranger to keep everything in order and on time. Excellent staff from checking in to the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful. Can hardly wait to go back. Everything went perfect and on time, beautiful course as well.

I like everything about this course except the online fees you mist pay upfront when u book online..
