Unique Course!

It was a bit of a gong show upon arrival. First you pick a caddie who brings you to the pro shop where you pay for the round and rental clubs, then you go outside to check in with a starter (maybe gave him money too?), then meet another person for the caddie fee. It was a bit confusing with the language barrier. BRING CASH WITH YOU. ATM's aren't very close. It was a chaotic start but worth the hassle.

I really enjoyed playing this course. Although it is very short with only one par 5, it is still pretty challenging. Nearly every hole has some type of hazard and they were able to incorporate the ancient walls into the course design. Playing in the middle of the city was really neat with the high-rises as a backdrop.

The tee boxes were pretty beat up but the greens, for the most part, were in decent shape. The course is very walkable but it was extremely hot. Most of the rental clubs were in good shape. I played with a set of TaylorMade M2's. The caddies were very familiar with the course and were pretty entertaining.

I wish I had the chance to play this course again. I've never played a course with the charm this had.

First Time Playing

First time I played this course. Great way to beat the traffic

Played an afternoon round on this awesome course. walked the course with a local caddie. Well worth the price. A lot of fun. Course is well layed out. I was amazed at how you play right through the old Fort. I look forward to playing here again on my next trip to the Philippines.
