Great value,a test because it's hilly, in good shape after such lack of rain in the past year, A thinkers course.

Played on a warm Monday following 3 previous hot dry days so was very surprised to see that the greens were uncut and in very bad condition!! Rough was long and had dead grass laying on top so made looking for balls a long process!

I like playing this course. It is probably my fourth or fifth time playing it. It is not difficult but there are a few holes where you have to think about your shot placement. Generally the course was in good condition, though the tees could do with some water as they were rock hard. Some of the greens could do with some conditioning, though weren't bad for this time of year.
The big disappointment was that we had been double booked. This is not the first time this has happened at this course. Last time we had booked by phone and they were not exactly apologetic. In fact they suggested it was our error! This time I booked online and had confirmation of the booking so they couldn't exactly argue. Again no apology. A society was booked from 11am. We were booked from 11.01. We were a three ball and one of our group was travelling up from South London. They suggested we get out before the society but they were down on the tee before us and refused to let us go ahead of them. We eventually teed off about 11.45 in front of a match that should have had preference. We was going to go off the 10th but was told we couldn't due to another match that was going on.
All in all we enjoyed our game but extremely disappointed with the poor service. There are equally good courses within a 10 mile radius that we could have played at 12, that were charging half the price. There was no offer of a discount or even a free pint after the game. I would like to play more often and it does not help when my time is wasted. Sort your booking process out. ToT was not the only website showing availability so I don't believe they were at fault.

Course is in good condition, a fair challenge for all with wideish fairways and reachable par 5's. Usually a bit windy being up on the Downs but thats good when its behind you on the par 5's. Reached one of them with a 7 iron 2nd shot. Played 3 times, would play more often if I lived nearer.

The course was hilly in parts but a good test of golf.

greens were very good but sand traps need sand.

I wanted to take a shower after golf but the changing
rooms was very small and showers were not very clean and need up-dating

They have good golf course but club-house and changing rooms near work doing.
