Thisbis notvTin Cup.
In town for the weekend (Final Four.) Had my clubs in the car. Michigan won Saturday so Sunday (Easter) was an off day.
Googled "golf driving range" and this place was nearby. I spent most of the afternoon here.
I'm nearly 74 years old, and I live in the North, so I had not played for 5 months. The facility was just what I needed. The clubhouse (yes, "clubhouse") is large and modern. The bar is very well equipped and supplied. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I hit a medium size bucket; 70 balls; $10.
It was a real pleasure. I wish there was a facility like this in Bellevue, Ohio.
Great Par 3
This course was complete renovated this year. The course layout has been updated and is very good for a short par 3. Holes range from about 60 yards to 150 yards. The driving range is grass (no mats). There is a large putting green and chipping green. The club house has been completely rebuilt and is very nice. There is a full bar and bar food (burgers, wings, etc.)
There is a golf simulator and instruction from David Ogren and other PGA professionals making this an all around great venue. If you want to play 18 after warming up at San Pedro, Olmos golf course is 3 minutes away. I would go every day if I could. :)
A Golfers Dream
The remodel of this facility is top notch. They really did a great job! This is the best practice facility in the area and the lighted driving range and Par 3 course makes it great for practicing at night. The food and drinks were great and the Simulator is very cool! Would highly recommend this facility to both golfers and non-golfers as just a fun place to hang out!
