Please remove this course from website, not not book it, it is up for sale !

Golf now took the booking, took my money and when I arrived with my guests ( one had driven up from Surrey !!) this club has clearly been closed for months.

No flags, no sign of maintenance for months and we were the only car in the car park !!!

I expect a full refund, how can this still be available to book on your website.

Very disappointed with my 1st booking on Golf Now

The course seems to be abandoned, completely deserted, grass long but just playable

Now golf took £30 off me to play this course, and when I turn up the course is getting sold and has been abandoned, it is totally unplayable and I want a full refund

Free to play so don’t pay on here. Just turn up. Course has been abandoned so is pretty much unplayable. No facilities open. No sand in bunkers. People walking dogs. If you like hacking out of long grass on the FAIRWAYS never mind the rough then this is the place for you. Hopefully someone will buy place soon and restore it to its former glory as it’s a great challenging course will great view's.

Nothing open absolutely awful. Could not play it coz overgrown

Awful not even greens available no staff people walking on who didn't need to pay. No sand on bunkers just weeds only played 3 holes absolutely awful facilities. Green as long as rough

course has not been maintained, speaking to another golfer that had just turn up cos he knew he could play for free, no staff no amenities on site friendly tree was toilet, avoiding the many dog walkers on the course

Greens and bunkers need a lot of tlc , the club house was closed and nobody about and I couldn’t even get a card . Only seen 3 other people on the whole course , the fairways needed cutting as does the whole course , could be a beautiful course if it was looked after

Hi Ive played this course many times and this will
probably be the last, It seems the course is not being looked after anymore, the greens are tatty, bunkers are overtaken with grass and weeds and the fairways are not being maintained. We turned up and its like a ghost town the pro shop is empty of stock, shut down and nobody is working there. Not sure the reason its like this?.Maybe covid has taken its toll on this course, hopefully it can get back on its feet, had many good society days there. I tried to contact the course prior to playing via email and phone with no luck, you cant book on their website. If you want a laugh with your mates and are not bothered about course conditions go for it, I think £16 is expensive thought and golfnow should explain the conditions of the course when you book it with them, I contacted them after we played and explained the situation and they were very understanding and a refund is going through.
Its just a shame i wasted a sunday and could of played a better course insted of turning up and finding out.

No refreshments/snacks

Terrible course will not be going back

The course has been put up for sale and abandoned - you will not be able to play it so don’t book!!

Course was well looked after greens were in great condition some of the bunkers needed work course a good test for mid handicap golfers

Zero facilities, no staff, couldnt even get a scorecard. Greens in poor condition, all bunkers overgrown and full of weeds. Fairways hand been cut in a while.
