Great Harwood Golf Club

I have played at this course many years a go with my father thought then it was a good course. This time I went with my son and he absolutely live it too , we will definitely return for another round .

Greens were well kept, as were the fairways . But it’s a fairly short non discript 9 Hole course with no pro shop. I played it because I was working nearby & saw it’s rating at 4.5. That made me feel like it would be like a championship course or similar. If I’d have known better I would have played at Shaw Hill, Burnley or Skipton etc etc.

The course was in great condition and everyone was very friendly

Nice little course with friendly members and staff. I got stuck behind two four balls who were very slow and wouldn’t let myself through which was very frustrating so a slow round. Wasn’t a massively challenging course I didn’t feel but well worth the money paid.

Goid 9 hole course. Fairways and rough kept well greens could do with some work.

Played a few times hrre now taking advantage of early morning tee offers. Always quiet and always in good condition. Takes a downpour well without any standing water. Quite flat for the area, but not boring. Some challenging long holes and a few have varying tees when playing 18. Will be back...

First time here, very impressed by it, albeit being a 9 hole course, the different positioning of the tea's makes it a bit more challenging. Will definitely be back to play it again.
