Enjoyable round with a couple of friends.

Course in good condition for the time of year, coastal winds and early morning sunshine made play interesting and challenging.

Beautiful Course

Along with my Dad, this was our first time playing Sandilands but certainly won't our last.

The wind was very strong which made the course very challenging, but we both loved it.

The course was in fantastic condition, the greens were being prepped for winter but were still great to putt on.

Can't wait to come back.

Well worth it.

The course was great fun, links feel but easy terrain. Forgiving in that any wide shot you still had a shot due to the openess of the layout. We played on a perfect weather day but even then the on shore wind made itself felt, especially when the ball was high. Testy weather would make it a very different beast.
Staff and members we met extremely friendly. No range or practice area hence 3 stars on that but a small putting green.

Sandilands GC

A great course in great condition. A true challenge. Well layed out and, as it should be on a links course, the wind is a major factor. Nice little clubhouse with genuinely friendly and helpful staff.

If you want a true links battle then this is the place to go. Good value for money. Cannot recommend it enough. I will go back.

great course, superb views

this is a great course, relaxed atmosphere, superb layout with excellent greens, and interesting features such as ditches, ,and the odd house. The course plays stress free. If you fail to keep your driver straight you can still take a shot from an adjacent fairway without penalty, greens were well protected with bunkers, if you can hit greens and not so good with your driver a good score can still be had.I will play this course again at some point sooner rather than later.

Fantastic day at Sandilands

Played Sandilands with my wife today. The course was in fantastic condition for the time of the year. Couldn't believe how well the course had coped with the heavy rains from the previous day. The quality of the greens were superb and a credit to the green-keeping staff.
The members of the club together with the staff couldn't have been more accommodating ... thank you for a fantastic day.
