This course was a pleasure to play. From the staff who were very friendly and helpful to the course practice facilities which were excellent. They offered free range balls, and an excellent putting and chipping area. The course is fairly new so the club house/pro shop was very limited.

The course hasn't been added to GPS yet but the fairways were well marked with sprinkler heads.

The greens were very undulating and somewhat tricky. They rolled very nicely and true.

I would definitely play here again,

The archetects use of the abundant white rock makes for a visually stimulating round and the layout is interesting as well. The fairways were in excellent condition. The greens were equally lush but slower than most in the Valley due to its newness. Still they rolled pretty true.

No clubhouse yet so they still need time to develop the ammenities.

Nice course and a bit challenging. Bring balls. The club house is a trailer for now and the practice area is nice. Staff very friendly. Greens are a bit rough still and need maturing. In time this will be a great course.

Course only open a short time..has temporary "trailers" for proshop and on course bathrooms (to their credit there is water in marine toilets) but LOTS of construction, dusty, and the last two water stops had no water available, bad on a hot day. The course is fun, beautiful set up, but the construction and piles of dirt and rocks takes away from the attractiveness of the course. I would not play it again, till it is more finished. I think the price was a bit high for the conditions. Long round ( 5 hours) as we had to use 4 tee boxes due to makeup of our foursome and long distances between holes.

The Victory course is a fun course to play. We played the combo silver/white tees. The pro shop should issue a course description of the holes. There were a few, unfortunate surprises because you couldn't see all the landing areas from the tees. It's not yet a course worth $100 dollars/round due to the greens not quite being up to that standard. I played on a coupon discount of $69 and probably would not play again for that amount until the course matures a little.

The course has just opened and the tees and fairways were in very good shape. The greens were slow but they're new greens - we expected them to be like that. The disappointing thing was that the views from the back tees were terrible. I will say that 16-18 were a visual treat from the tee boxes, but the rest of the holes were disappointing to say the least. It was difficult/impossible to see the correct line and difficult to see your ball down. We won't be back. The Founders course at Verrado is far superior and more attractive.

First of all, I'm from upstate NY. Used to playing wooded and water courses. Flew into Phoenix just to play golf in March. Played Founders in the morning, finished up at 2:30 ate lunch and decided to try Victory because of the reviews and comments form a couple we were playing Founders with. Started at 4PM. Figured we could get at least 9 in. Conditions were excellent. Clear sky 85 degrees no wind. We were blown away by the course. The first 9 looked like they were rolled out on a desert rocky landscape. It was surreal. We felt like we were in virtual reality game. You couldn't even see the next hole when you were playing because of the desert terrain. There was no GPS but we had a laser gun so the distances weren't a problem. There was no map but there was a path leading between each hole so you knew where you were going. Unbelievable landscape coming from someone who has only played in NY state. I could understand where someone might not like the second nine as there looked like a lot of construction going on around the second nine but we played it at 5pm so it was quiet. WE felt like we hit the perfect storm. Paid $49 for twilight play. Played the first nine in 1 hour and 15 minutes and continued and finished the entire round in 2 and a half hours. The 18th is out of a golf story book. (See picture) Would highly recommend because in a few years this course will be very expensive.

This course wanders through the rocky hills of what will be a community. Right now it is fairly raw and highly priced. In a few years, it will be a gem. The closing three holes are beautiful. The par three's in general are ordinary.

New course and has no facilities...One pro in the temp shop and 1 bathroom...Clubhouse has not been started...Jim is a good starter but promised 4 hour round but actual was more than 5 hours...No course ranger...Margie is a nice person on drink cart but employees are few...

Cart guy said they had an idea why play was so slow but did nothing about it and offered no replay discount...Does not matter as never playing again...Course is in good shape, greens are nice and a few holes are unusual but design is somewhat boring...Not worth the price or the 5+ hours...

I had high expectations after playing the founders course a few times. I had family in town and wanted to take them to an amazing course and figured it the victory course was anything like the founders course it would be worth it . And it was , every penny of it. The course is super easy to play, plenty of room for mistakes . Every part of the grass on this course is groomed so it makes it possible to hit your ball from any where on the course. Great course I recommend this is to everyone and I will be back

What a great addition to the West Valley ! In a couple years this will be the premier course in the west valley. Very new and not completed yet but we got a sneak peak of what will be an amazing course. You gotta play this course, stunning views and raw beauty. Too bad a bunch of homes will inevitably be built around it.

Some holes should have a windmill and a clown on them. Several blind shots from tee boxes that are loaded with trouble. The course is not mapped for GPS systems and they have no layout books. As such, you're hitting blind shots into hazards without knowing it. They need to get yardage books asap.
