Rancho Murieta North Course
Like the course and layout but not in very good shape. Sand traps were mostly dirt. Expected more from a country club but still had a good time.
Terrible course condition & player management
Terribly disappointed in current course conditions- bunkers had no sand, portions of grass dead~ Several singles allowed to play, constantly asking to play thru which became very annoying after allowing a few to actually play thru-
Played this course many times prior to it becoming a public course & course was always very well maintained & ran.
Doubtful I will be returning to play again!
Great deal
I use my rewards for this course and it works out great!
Great golf&staff
Challenging, Fun course that winds through private community. Nice people. Hank at clubhouse was Great!
Challenging Layout, but not crazy difficult
First time at the Country Club. Grounds look great and staff was friendly.
The course was tough. NOT for beginner golfers. The conditions were wet when I was there, and I'd like to play again on a dry day. Pace of play was excellent too.
Awesome Course
Smart play on this course can bring a great score.
Even with two OB shots in my round I still shot 88.
I can’t wait until next time I play here.
Starter is incompetent
Was tol I couldn’t tee off early had to wait for the rest of my group to check in. Starter never called me still had to play by myself.
Great course
With all the rain you couldn’t ask for this course to be in better shape.
This course has great features
From start to finish, we had a very good time. Starting at the Pro Shop, Brian was very courteous. The course is in really good shape. And having dinner there was great also. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely be back.
Dennis
Horrible experience
First of all the back 9 of the course I was playing was closed!!! Secondly, the course had recently been sanded and was in awful shape as a result. Due to distance to course I drove up day before and stayed overnight. Total cost of trip was about $250 and it was not worth a penny!!
Disaster
Drove 2.5 hours and spent the night before at Murietta, stay was great.
Booked North Course as I played many years ago and wanted to re-visit. Emailed pro at course to find how to good, he said golf now.
What he failed to mention was that the back nine was closed, reason unknown and the greens had just been sanded!!
Either of these would have resulted in cancellation and save d me a wasted $200 ; no more golf now
Sub par value
Not impresses at all. I thought I would be playing a top notch golf course when I paid a $59 Hot Deal tee time. The course was a bit worn out, poor bunkers, not any better than a course with Hot Deal times below $20. In fact, I've played nicer courses for $23. Save your money, it was a poor use of.my.money. I wont return as there are 30 courses closer to me for half the price or less.
North course
I played in the rain. The front nine was very nice was very nice homes. The Back Nine what's like a plowed field hard to distinguish the fairways From the Rough. Front9 handled the water okay back nine not so much
Rancho Murieta
Great golf course. Course is in great shop. Challenging courses
Beautiful!
Rancho Murieta North. Is an older course: not long, lots of mature trees, narrow, elevation changes, with tough greens. They used to play PGA events here 30 years ago, and I can see why. It’s a challenge!
