Make sure you play fast!
My 15-year-old son and I played at 7:10 a.m. after we found it the night before on GolfNow. For only $10 we thought we'd give it a shot. It was what we expected for the money. Staff was friendly, course was pretty easy, which was good because we are both novice golfers. Had a couple in their 60s behind us. Met them at the 2nd or 3rd hole. No big deal. Until the 6th. I guess we weren't playing fast enough. When we were setting up our second shots, he yelled "C'MON LET'S GO" FROM THE TEE BOX. Totally disrespectful. My son told me to take it easy and let them play through. We did without incident and I told the attendant of the issue. I guess they play their semi-regularly, so beware. Maybe if you go later in the morning you can avoid them. I would recommend the course with the caveat mentioned above.
Worth it
Great place to play friendly an this grounds keeper is doing great things the course
Nice day
The greens were good. Need to work on bare spots on course. Pace of play was good. Two groups let me play through. Would be nice if they could set up a place to hit some balls into netting before your round.
Palos
Overall great course to go and get 9 in. Carts are good. The course itself is decent with regards to challenging. I recommend this course.
Good course, good staff
Nice spot to play. Great cushion in the fairway, small greens, strategic bunkers. Maintenance team is super nice. If you have the first tee time, you might get there before they open ( but it was ok to tee off and catch up with them at the end)
Good for before work
Great Course to Prep for an 18 or Beginners/Mid Golfers
I've been enjoying the course this yr. I think staff has been doing a good job keeping the course in a good state, considering it's a great course for beginners, so it gets a lot of wear and tear. Some tee boxes are a bit beat up but should expect that. Pace of Play is hit or miss depending on the day/time. Never had to wait to tee off any hole on a Sunday at 11am. Have a great replay deal if the course isn't too busy when you finish.
Once in a life time
Hole 3 par 3 151 yards 9. Hole in 1 my first! I play this course every Friday. Good times
Nice spot
Good spot to get a weekday 9 in before work. Staff was super friendly, even asked how I shot. Will return.
Challenging little course, in great shape
Great for a quick nine. Never really busy (played 2-3 times on Friday mornings in early September). Narrow and challenging (reminds me of Waters Edge). Well maintained. Staff is exceptionally welcoming - everyone is friendly. Grounds crew gave me and my wife about two dozen golf balls each while clearing the course.
Well we did have over 1 inch of rain the day before
