challenging and great value
great time - greens in super shape - several challenging holes - had fun !
Short but......
This course is short but designed for accurate golf shots.
Make a mistake and you will pay.
Will definitely play again.
Very friendly staff members. Course was in good condition.
Love this coarse
I play here at least 10 times a year and love it every time also see dear everytime staff is awsome just go you will not be disappointed!!
Fun course to play
I had a great time on this course. Unfortunately it had rained for two days straight prior, so it made the play "challenging".
But all things being considered, fall golf, rain soaked course, the round I played was GREAT. The layout of the course is nice. And it is challenging , yet forgiving.
Will definitely play again, and recommend.
Great Value
Nice course... a little slow as there were multiples of 5 and 6 golfers allowed to golf together.
Challenging course
Beautiful course, unbelievable weather, nice wind, but too many geese!!!
The course is in great condition... The greens were in great shape, the rough was well trimed. You do not need to hold back on any fairway... Great landing for almost all drives ... Enough wate and traps to make for an interesting round.
Highly recommend to all.
Great course
This was the first and not the last time I have played this course. It was challenging and well layed out course. Tee boxes were flat and well maintained, greens were fast but could stick the ball, and fairways were nice. Worth playing, I know I will be back.
Good course
1st time playing the course, more then I was expecting. Good course
A few tough holes
The course was in nice shape. Some of the cart paths need some repair. Hole #9 requires an accurate tee shot. Hole #10 is almost impossible to hit because it slopes from front to back. Use the correct set of tees that suits your game and you will have an enjoyable time.
poor fairways
all fairways were extremely poor and hard as a rock first cut was so high that you could not find your ball and when you did you could hit it very well
Places of improvement
This course is very challenging in its own way. It use to be a country club so it has a lot of good features from when it used to be called Rams horn. But I feel like the new owners need to put money into there cart paths an a few other eye sores.
Nice for the area
We played at the end of July and the course was dry and hard. The layout is pretty good but some quirky holes where some local knowledge really helps (See Also: #10).
The par 5's are all easy and the 3's are fair. Get it for $16 and your good. We paid $22 and felt it was a bit too much for what we got.
A great start to the 4th of July
A couple of the holes present tricky blind shots, but overall this course is fun to play and is in decent shape. The course was busy on the 4th of July weekend - they were out of golf carts when we arrived. Once on the course we only waited briefly on a couple of the holes on the front nine - things seemed to move along. Holes 7, 8, and 9 were backed up.
This is a course that I always enjoy playing when we are at our cottage in the area. The weekend weather for this round was picture perfect and an eagle shot 120 yards out on a par four, hole 11, made the round enjoyable and memorable.
Greens were slow due to maintenance, but putted true. Rest of course was in great shape.
Definitely a good value. Looking forward to playing it again.
God course
Water on 10 & 12 provide a challenge, but it is fun even for a player such as myself who is not a great player.
great scenery, playable for all types of golfers
The course was in great condition the staff was very friendly great scenery . I recomend any body to play this course , you won't be disappointed.
Great golf course!!
The golf course was exciting with great challenge. With the exception of babies complaining behind us of slowing down the play (with my amateur partner playing) which I believe wasn't our fault, but another amateur behind us, (which we got blamed for), it was a great game and golf course with it's super long par 6 fairways. Next time, I think the club management should tell the babies to ask me if they can slide by, and I would be glad to let them go like every other game when I have a big group in front of me.
