3x9's and great greens.
I'm a big fan of Centennial Acres. It's got a good variety of holes between the three nines, also helps in getting out faster if it's busy. There's more elevation change than most area courses which is a plus. It's got a couple of open shots off the fairway, but most of the time you have to think about where you need to hit your second from. I've played all over the Mid-Michigan/Brighton area so far this year and Centennial's greens are the best overall yet. There are NO temporary greens and all holes open for play as of yesterday. Never taken the carts so can't comment on that. Will definitely play again.
Poor consition
Went there hoping to have a decent course. Tee boxes were tore up, looked like they haven’t been cut in a week and the fairway was no different than the rough. I won’t play here again.
Nice course.
It is fall, but still too many leaves on the course, particularly on the greens. Pace of play was slow due to the great weather and crowd at the course. Worth playing.
Rough shape
This is usually a nice course. 27 holes decently laid out. This particular time the tee boxes hadn't been mowed in quite some time and were very long. The fairways were quite king as well - not sure why. On 3 consecutive holes the sprinklers were watering the green just before my approach shots in. One green had standing water and a stream running between my ball and the pin.
I believe these are the exception to the rule. I've played this course many times before and it's been in much better condition.
Awesome Course. Awesome Price.
Such a good layout and conditions. Three 9 hole courses to choose from. Peaceful setting. Challenging but not too hard.
Good value
I dont understand why this course insists on turning players on the midday and sunset 9s onto the sunrise 9. Drilling the holes in the cart roofs is easily the worst idea I've ever seen at any course. It guarantees you will get soaked every time you move the cart, even if its not raining very hard.
I was scheduled for a 1:40 on 5/28, although they cancelled due to storm weather. I paid by Mastercard and want a refund!
Quite unhappy that they cancelled 1 hour before me tee time. I understand we had a lot of rain, but your website is not very user friendly, when it comes to getting a refund.
