Palms at Palm-Aire Country Club
About
The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1962, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litton and Lorie Viola in 1996.
The accommodating fairways make it easier to hit your tee shots in play. Once on the 'dance floor', the Bermuda greens roll true and quick.
The Palms Course has a number of picturesque water hazards. As its name would indicate, the Palms features lovely native Palm trees throughout the course.
It is most definitely a true Florida golf course and one, which everybody should put on their 'must play' list .

Mixed bag but good value
Of the 3 courses @ Palm Aire, the Palms Course is the most forgiving yet still offers challenges to this 19 handicapper. Several streams and strategically placed traps add to the challenge of this medium-length golf course.
While the greens are in very good shape and roll true, the tee boxes are badly worn and in need of maintainence. The Club should give to building some alternative tees as the existing tee boxes are small and chewed-up.
The course had not received any rain in over 2 weeks and some of the fairways and most of the rough were brown.
It is obvious that the course gets a lot of play most likely due to its central location and competitive pricing.
The pace of play was moderate ( 4 hrs. 15 min.) and the staff was friendly.
All things considered, a good value.
Very Decent Course
Worth the money… Greens we’re in very good condition, fairways a bit burnt..
Needs Some Tender Living Care
One can only imagine the course conditions during the summer. During the winter season hardly much grass to be found on the fairways and tee boxes in poor condition. Most of the greens are okay but still some rough spots throughout.
Time for an upgrade
Tee Boxes were solid, fairways fine and greens just alright.
But the on course amenities were really run down. Couldn't find any ball washers or water jugs. A lot of dilapidated structures that serve no purpose and make it look outdated and dumpy.
The mens locker-room was a dumb.
No way was this a $65 dollar round. They need to invest
Close could be in better shape
Coolest had a lot of rain the week before I played. But conditions need improvement.
Good playable course
Golf course continues to be very playable for most amateur golfers.
Staff/Starters think their sh@! doesn’t stink and rude and condescending.
Fun track
Fun track in average to good condition. Fairways are could use some work, bunkers acceptable, green were good and surprisingly fast.
Average course
This was my second time playing here , course lay out is good but cart was really bad and shaking , cart paths horrible , fairways and greens not great . They have increased the price but not spending any money on course maintenance .
I have read many reviews on golf now on all three palm Aire courses , I don't believe management reads them or cares much about the reviews as long as they stay busy and keep making money.
Not an 80 dollars course . .
Palms
Nice place but they've continued to ignore the fairways - I don't know why.
